Every one that had booked during the coronavirus has had trouble getting their money back, but we cancelled our booking prior to the lockdown and were promised 100% refund. That never happened. But the problems with Annex Tours go back much further. I like to eat well on holiday and will pay more for that priviledge. In a prior booking, I asked my agent to specifically find out the options we had with premium restaurants. In short Annex lied about our options. They also have an orientation a day after you arrive in which they try to up-sell you on all kinds of excursions which are over-priced based on the local prices. Many other examples of their incompetence exist but find another travel agent to avoid issues.


This hotel claims to be a 5 star hotel but more in the 2-3 star category. It is located in a small town with almost no shopping and the taxis are expensive. We actually booked another AKKA hotel but they downgraded us to this hotel since the other one had not opened. We had ordered a VIP package at the original hotel and we got a standard room at the new one. Everything including the meals were substandard for a 5 star hotel. (We had stayed at the Delphin Imperial in Anatalya and were very sorry we did not go back there. The final insult was that I paid my bill. I asked for a receipt but the hotel employee said everything was zerod out. When I got home I received a bill for the exact amount I paid. I wrote a nasty note to them and never heard back. No apology for trying to double bill me. Do Not Stay at the AKKA Antedon


Vitacost has some buy one get one free sales. They are supposed to have a tear time order filling system but every time I order one of the discounted items they cancel the product because it is supposedly out of stock. Not a good company to do business with


If you want to throw away your money buy from one of Indiamarts recommended suppliers, They will steal your money


The access to this 350 apartment in Kiev is terrible. One lane. Totally inadequate parking. No room to turn around. The parking lot at night has the lanes filled with cars so if you are in some legal parking spots you may have to call 5 or more car owners to get your car out and wait 30 minutes or more. Elevators in this 25 floor complex are poorly maintained. Management keeps on increasing dees due to incompetent use of funds.


Teuco Italy, the original Teuco, is bankrupt. This is due to poor quality, ineffective customer service and greed. There are Teuco subsidiaries in other European countries and I think the US. They will follow


They overcharged based on the website agreed price. The overcharge was 21%. They also found a small smudge-no dent, no missing paint and that cost 200 euros. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
