Horrible place to do business with. They sent me the wrong item and require I pay shipping to return their mistake before they will give me a refund. Why would I have any confidence they would not just send me the wrong item again?

I ordered a dumbell "set" for $300 from their online website. Two months later I received a single dumbell. I attempted to call their phone number(doesn't work) multiple times. I then emailed the company and a week later finally got a response. I immediately responded to them and a week later I got an email saying that I ordered one dumbell and they weren't refunding my money like I asked. Do not do business with this company!

Like the other reviews- I ordered a dumbell "set" as portrayed in the picture and paid 500.00 for the SET. Took months to get to my home and only ONE dumbbell in the box. Complete scam. Can't get a hold of anyone and no one returns my emails. Took my money and now I'm afraid to send it back bc I won't get my money back... do it buy from them.

Purchased exercise equipment and gave a tracking number. Fedex got the label to ship and then never received the product to ship. I kept getting the runaround from them via email until after the grace period for complaints had expired. The contact number they give you is a number that nobody answers.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I purchased a 3 in 1 stroller for $300 on 2/24/21 and have yet to receive. There phone number listed is a non working phone number and they have not responded to any of the emails I have sent.

I am dissatisfied with the service and cannot reach a person on this website. Why are they not responding?

Amze mart is a scam do not buy from them you will not get customer service and you will never get what you ordered.
