I accidentally ordered the wrong size sidesteps for my truck. They refunded my full price and helped me order the correct sized ones. Install was pretty simple and they look great! Highly recommend ordering from these folks.

Set simple install and hook up. Instructions are fine but watch the video on the American Trucks website and it makes it very simple. Really helps the responsiveness of the throttle.

Took 3 days to get shipped, when I ordered, approx delivery time said the 27th or 28th, then finally get shipping notice available for delivery the 1st, other parts I ordered got shipping notice next day, have what I need rims, tires, and spacers, but no lift, so now I am setting here waiting due to slow processing and shipping, this is not the way for me to make further orders with this company, as a matter of fact I ordered headers the day I received shipping notice, they shipped from CA. And will be here the 1st, a way larger package.

I ordered a set of headlamp assemblys and salesperson entered shipping address incorrectly. Also did a price match but the payment link didn't reflect correct price so I had to give my credit card over the phone. Cusomer service sent enail 3 days later saying they needed additional information.
I called in to see why and they said info entered incorrectly. They corrected issue but Then I couldn't cancel the order. So I have to accept delivery and return!
Completed the order on Thursday, was offered an upcharge for 1-day shipping and it stated it would arrive on Sat if I chose to pay extra with this option. Thought that would be good and paid the extra money (regular shipping method stated it would arrive on Monday). Label was listed as created on Fri but never actually shipped. Assuming now on Sat (as it still hasn't shipped), that it might be actually shipped on Mon to be delivered on Tue? Maybe, if I'm lucky, as Wed is a holiday... That was a waste of money... one-day shipping could actually take a week.

I placed an order and received an empty box. After 1.5 hrs on the online chat, with a huge amount of runaround, I was unable to get the product replaced or a refund offered. They kept asking me to exchange...an empty box? This place is not legit.

Unfortunately these shipped directly from the manufacture and we nor they have any control over the delivery of the product once it leaves. These straps are now in high demand causing a massive backorder/discontinue as the supplier is unable to fulfil the orders. I have ordered several performance parts, brakes, throttle body, sensors… They all were delivered within days and have improved my truck looks and performance.
My experience with American Trucks has been great regarding finding the parts I need, ordering them, the price, and the fast shipping. With all of that said, they need to chill on their email marketing. Whoever in the marketing department sets up these email campaigns must scale them back.
I order 24 lug nuts but only 12 came in the box. What I'm not happy about is I have to send my box of 12 back and I'm not sure why I have to put myself out because someone there screwed up. Just send me 12 and I'm happy with less work for me
I ordered a builtright stubby antenna and red rock center console organizer for a 21 f150 and was sent an antenna and custom tuner for a mustang. I am actively trying to return the wrong items for what I actually ordered
I ordered the flowmaster outlaw muffler for my 2020 F-150. I had it installed the day it was delivered and I've been smiling ear to ear since. Crisp, smooth sound when cruising. At 1/2 to full throttle, I can hear all 5 liters of American muscle! Thanks again!
I have received my order. The box was not very good condition. The whole top was open. I haven't had time yet to see if any thing is missing. I was in bolts and what not but I took pictures when it was on my steps before I touched it.

Answer: Yes, go a web search for the product you want. There are many other websites that want your business and have great customer service. American Trucks does not.
