The web site had exactly what I needed and reasonably priced. The order process was easy and my parts shipped the next day. Simple and easy with no issues.
I have a 2015 Dodge Ram BigHorn 1500 muffler sounds awesome easy install. I had to grind my old brackets off my stock muffler then took tail pipes off then old muffler then installed nee muffler and brackets and put tail pipes back on and was done took me about 2 hours total very impressed.
Great comapny to deal with. Sent my parts out quick so i could get bk on the road. The parts were quite a bit cheaper than other companies with high quality parts
Called to cancel and reorder a part that I ordered 4 hours earlier was told it already shipped out but it was not picked up by fedx until Monday I called on the Saturday before I takes forever to get a refund or replacement still waiting on a replacement on the before this one they sent the wrong part I will use this company again
I've ordered from American Trucks multiple times and I've never been let down. Tons of great products, competitive pricing, and pretty quick shipping.
I started a chat with two different agents to ask if a particular product was in stock ready to ship and not drop shipped by a third party... They insisted it was ready to go... Soon as I purchased it's telling me I have to wait a month cuz it's not in stock...

3 star because items all showed in stock and half of them were back ordered for two months a day after placing the order. Had I known the items were NOT in stock and back ordered 2 months I would have went elsewhere for those items.

I ordered a Truck Bed Slide Tray, for my 2019 Ram Truck, on 10 Jan 2025. I opened the box and started to install it on 25 Jan. What I discovered was that I had received a Tray that had apparently been returned at one time. All the hardware had been thrown in one bag, which I had to inventory. Three of the holes on the top panel had been drilled to correct alignment issues. One of the rollers on the bottom track had a broken rivet, and to top it off the Logo on the front plate was cut backwards.
I went ahead and finished the install because I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it. That of course is on me.
It was clearly obvious that the Tray had been returned at some point. It was also painfully obvious that no one checked it before it was sold to me.
I called yesterday to talk to someone about this and was put on forever hold. I opted, today, to write this review hoping it would get some much-needed attention.
I paid good money for a NEW Truck Bed Slide Tray for my truck, what I got was a return. I could have boxed it back up and returned it, but I just didn't. The problems were all something I could fix, except for the backwards Logo.
It boggles my mind to think that a, $1524.74, part that is returned is sold again and sent back out without being checked out!
This is my first and last purchase from American Trucks.

I was able to easily locate the parts I was interested in, watched the install video and read customer reviews on the part. Definitely made picking the part and ordering confidently and quick.
I went online an searched for what I needed for my Ram 🐏 an found what I needed an ordered it hasn't came yet but my experience was great an not bad on price.
So far your slow on shipping after I wax told my mirrors where in stock. Sent me a 10% coupon for my next order, went to apply at checkout said it did not work. Right my my experience is not very good. Just hope my mirrors are right.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size sidesteps for my truck. They refunded my full price and helped me order the correct sized ones. Install was pretty simple and they look great! Highly recommend ordering from these folks.

Answer: Yes, go a web search for the product you want. There are many other websites that want your business and have great customer service. American Trucks does not.
