Was Very easy to order and was shipped fast with no problems
American Truck kept emailing me saying they needed more information to complete my order after contacting them several times, I was told there was a problem with my card. Talking with my bank there was no issue with them, it was on American Truck's end. Ended up ordering form one of their competitors. I will never consider ordering anything from American Truck again.

Website was super easy to navigate and i'm extremely pleased with the way they were packaged. I was a little worried they would be damaged in shipping because our driver sometimes throws our packages on our porch but everything was extremely secure and arrived in one piece. The tail lights were installed in about 20 minutes, super easy.
No delivery, no way to track shipment. The product had been on order for 3 weeks now and no explanation
