Noticed my tailgate has been slamming and also slowing halfway then slamming hard so i recently bought the bushing american trucks sells and it took me 1 min to put in now my tailgate works perfect.
You did fine both shipments are here and although the correct shipping address was on both packages Fedex delivered both packages to the wrong address. It just so happened the folks that got them knew me and gave me a call, so I do have both. However you can tell rough country thanks for instructions that tell you nothing. I will never order anything made by them again.

I ordered a replacement step pad for my truck using the photo in their website. Part arrive today with the wrong part called the company. They're going to send out the correct part. Very friendly people to talk to. Very smooth transaction service. Very friendly staff good people to deal with. Will definitely do business with them again.

I ordered flares for my 2010 F150. When I received them, it looked like the box was already opened. There was no paperwork, receipts, instructions, or parts list. I called to get directions and parts list to make sure I had all of the parts before I started to install (without any Instructions) and got a hold of someone. They asked if I saw the installation video. I did and there were brackets in the video I did not have. So They looked up my order, but did not have any information to give me. I was told I would be transferred to someone who could help. But, I was just transferred back to the same automated menu! No help at all. I left my phone number for a call back, and that never happened. I did figure out how to install them with a lot of modifications and extra parts left over, and using some hardware I had from other modifications.!
BEWARE! Also because I have factory mud flaps. The flares will not go on with the factory mud flaps. I had to cut out the flares so they could go on around the mud flaps because I will not eliminate mud flaps. So needless to say, customer service is a zero, and they lost my business for any future purchases.
