My experience with AME was outstanding. They provided me with excellent service, respect, and competence. They assisted me in preparing a well-documented VA Claim for compensation that was approved. AME went above and beyond my expectations and made me feel appreciated as a customer. I will surely recommend them to others and use their services in the future.

I am a Navy veteran of 10 years, and I have been at 90% trying to get to that hundo. I was on you tube trying to figure out how the VA process works, and stumbled apon Combat Craig's you tube channel. Man! That guy had a really good boot camp video. I went and paid the 100 dollars to subscribe to his instructional "how to deal with the VA" and that is how I found American Medical Experts. I wasn't sure about paying for another doctors opinion, but combat Craig said that its not against the law or rules to get your own private doctor. So I went with it.It is a little pricey, but I think it is worth it. A good investment to get you that professionally written Nexus Letter that you will need to help you get you to the Hundo club and get you paid what you deserve for your service. They were on time and professional. They told me I could call them anytime during business hours and they picked up right away no waiting no BS! They walk you through the steps on how the process works. They get you the professional doctor that specialises in what ever condition you have. You will do a Teleahealth over Zoom call. Just tell the doctor what you are dealing with. They will diagnose you! I highly recommend to any veteran that is having trouble dealing with the VA trying to get any rating upgraded. (remember the VA doesn't want to pay you) you need back up and this company is on point!

I spent several years fighting the VA and kept being denied even with all the evidence in black and white in my service records and VA hospital records to support my claims. I admit, I was hesitant to spend the money but boy am I glad I did. I worked with AME to have their doctor review my medical records and to have a Nexus letter written by them to support my claims. I did not know what to expect but was extremely surprised at the level of detail in the Nexus letter. The Nexus letter the dr. provided was for 3 different conditions and for each condition, he cited not 1, not 2, not 3 but many, many medical research studies. There were a total of 40 different medical research studies cited in the Nexus that made the link for my claims. I cannot thank them enough. I would not have finally gotten what I deserve without their expert review and medical opinion. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I am a USAF retired veteran. I have been struggling to find help with my disability claim for the past 12 months. I found American Medical Experts (AME) by chance. I had reached out to other similar firms and had absolutely horrible conversations and heard poor recommendations. AME had calls with me to understand what I needed and to share what they needed from me. After 2 calls, AME and I together were able to develop a draft Nexus letter and finalize the letter in 3 days. AME's professionalism, attention to detail, and caring for my needs was humbling. As veterans I feel folks sometimes take our physical and behavioral heath concerns and needs for granted. Some firms simply are looking for veterans to pay for their service, make their profit and move on, not AME. I am now a huge fan of AME. American Medical Experts is an amazing company. I asked them to review my records and write a report my disability case and they did it without delay. They had the wisdom to assign a nephrology expert to do my report knowing that it was kidney disease that was disabling me and this will be so important to the credibility of the report when a judge evaluates it. They sent me the report within a few days and I was overwhelmed with how well it reflected my health problems and the severity there of. It describes well the limitations that prevent me from working. They were very clear about the fees as well, which were quite reasonable especially given how important these reports are to the lives of the disabled and how well this company does acquiring high quality expert reports. When I unexpectedly could not afford the second step of the process which was to obtain the signature of the doctor writing the report, American Medical Experts decided they would let me have the signature pay them after I win my disability claim which is unheard of.! They care about their clients and show it by making accommodations like this! They knew I was homeless and needed the signature to win the hearing and emerge from dire circumstances and they cared about that! There's no way I can ever adequately express my gratitude for this life changing company that balances the needs of disabled patients and clients with the other necessary aspects of business. They are so professional and competent and human and good and you just need to go here if you are in need of a medical expert. Thank you Eric and Jessica. You make such a difference for so many and have for me and it's no mystery why your company has spectacular reviews!

I contacted American Medical Experts upon a recommendation from another LLC. I needed a Nexus Letter to support my TDIU claim. I sent requested Medical History and Records for review. The rough draft copy of the Nexus Letter was sent in a timely manner via email. I ask for one change in the draft that was immediately done. I was billed, I paid and the signed copy was also immediately sent to me. I was more than satisfied with the overall interaction wth the Director, personnel but most of all the in-depth research from the Doctor. It all was worth the cost. If or when the need arises again I will return to this company. I felt that this company open its arm to veterans and understand their needs. Thank you.

Was more expensive for us than hiring a private doctor to review our records for opinion. We had hard time talking to the doctor who reviewed our records and prepared the report. The report was ambiguous too. Plus there is no guarantee that this doctor will be able to testify at trial. After spending a lot of money and time, we will ended up hiring a private doctor to review the records and give us opinion all over again.

They handled my case fast and professionally. The Doctor reviewed my case looking at all the evidence and returned a favorable outcome. Highly recommend this company.

American Medical Experts were very professional and helpful. I needed a Nexus Letter to prevent the VA from stripping a 50% rating for a disability, which would reduce my overall rating. I sent them about 100 pages of medical records, which an expert MD reviewed and wrote a true Nexus letter that tied together several of my non-service connected (IAW the VA) disabilities to my service-connected disabilities.
This was way more than I expected. I am very, very happy.

I was at my wits end with trying to find a local doctor that would write me a Nexus letter, especially with COVID going on. I saw them as I was Googling "Nexus Letters". The old saying goes, "you get what you pay for". Luckily I had some spare cash laying around from my last backpay from the VA, I figured if I won my case, the $2,500 hundred would pay for itself in the first couple of months. I was able to review the rough draft that they sent me, to be honest, I was expecting better grammar for the price I paid, but I corrected it and sent it back. I waited a couple of days and a very professional letter was delivered to me, with all of the key words that the VA needs. My VA counselor said that the VA might not like that a doctor in another state wrote this up for me, but with sending them my medical records and such, what difference does it make if I run around town and spend about the same in copays, or just do this? Nothing I say. I was right! Almost a year after I submitted everything to the VA, I got approved for 100% Total and Permanent disability! My life has been changed forever!

AME is a Godsend for vets needing a nexus letter. I sent in my records and within weeks I had a very well crafted report. The Dr was extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job connecting my preexisting conditions to my secondary. The staff was also very friendly and quick to respond to any questions.
