We submitted 3 claims so far, the person who came out first to check the stove said it was nothing wrong with the stove and didn´t do anything about it, not even a diagnosis was made.

They came out to fix my microwave and I only paid the deductible, and I would recommend them.

It's been good, I have gotten reimbursement for some issues I had my own preferred technician fix.
