At first I wasn't sure how the process worked but they walked me through everything until my issue was fixed.
The service in general has been really good so far, however, the reason I put a 1 star is because of the timeframe I will receive my reimbursement check even though it's an estimate.
The service is very quick and so far I´ve been treated decently by AHP representatives
NO one took initiate to call back and verify if issue was covered. Would give Marika a 100% because she went above and beyond to assist and to help with the leak on sink.
Customer service is great but I'm disappointed with the claims department because I'm currently having an issue with my AC but the motor itself is not available anymore and I'm worried for my mother due to the heat.
Great attention however I would like to get more detail information in the future, no one told me I needed to send a diagnosis for the fridge and I only sent the invoice.
Just being able to have more contractors and find those when there is an issue, it will help me to avoid finding my own contractor.
Not happy with our service, as I've tried to get several appliances fixed but have been told they're not covered under the warranty.
