Do NOT Use This Company! I should have read the reviews, this is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with! Brought a Groupon for two men, one truck, two hours. I called about a month ago to schedule my move for today. I was told movers would be here between 8-11. I called the day before to confirm the schedule. Was told I was first on the list, they would be here today between 8-11. At 10:45 I receive a text stating "they are running late, will be there in 30-45 minutes." I called the number and was told by the driver that he JUST got the work order 10 minutes ago, and would take him at least 2-2 1/2 hours to get to me. When I spoke to the manager about my displeasure, THEY CANCELED and LEFT ME STRANDED to find another mover at the last minute. Thank you BLACK TIE MOVERS for saving me!
