Ordered vinyl pants from them. They're based in Hungary and I live in California. The delivery was supposed to be 2-3 weeks. I emailed them on the 4th week to ask them about my order. They told me I needed to "be more patient". As the days went by and time passed, they took longer and longer to email me back. They were very condescending. They apologized for the "sadness of my order" on the 6th week I emailed them (1 email per week) and said they'd look into it. I haven't received my pants yet as of this 6th week. What a pain in the $#*! to deal with!
Amazon is hit and miss. Some of their suppliers are horrible. I ordered tweezers and two weeks later got three bottles of some type of fungus solution. The company asked me to change my review and told me to keep the bottles. I refused to change the review unless they mailed me the product. This has happened before with foreign companies. I say foreign only because of the messages I receive. You need to watch your shipping costs. I do like using them for CDs, movies, etc., but that is not often.
