I got this Fowl Language mug as a present, and it makes me chuckle every time I use it! Those little birds are absolutely adorable and I always have some nice company on my coffee break :) also it's dishwasher safe, I've been using it every day for several months - prints are intact.
I get all my cards from Always Fits because they always have the best cards. I experienced an issue where my card got lost in the mail (to no fault of the company) & had the pleasure of dealing with Ari in their customer care department. What an absolutely lovely person to deal with! Responses were almost immediate & my issue was remedied with empathy & compassion + a few laughs, even. Thanks for being great. I hope this company stays open forever!
I had a wonderful experience with Always Fits--I ordered the sponge birds that sit on a perch and they are really good quality and even cuter in person! Also, I wasn't sure if the package had shipped yet (USPS was chaos this holiday season) so I contacted Always Fits and asked when I might expect to receive my package and they got back to me immediately and were super helpful! There are so many fun, unique things on this site and I will absolutely be back to find more birthday and Christmas gifts soon. :)
Not only does the CEO write the most personable thank-you notes and welcome letters via her mailing list, she also has a keen eye for camp, pop, and nostalgia. I feel at home with this store. I've purchased three gifts so far, and have been so pleased with the quality, for one, and second, how each arrived in pristine condition. My dog liked one of their dog toys so much, my mother went and purchased another as a surprise to us. I'll definitely be looking to Always Fits for that special, unique gift you can't find anywhere else. I also feel good knowing I'm investing my money in a company that cares about their brand and product. I'm a branding consultant and an artist, so this is huge for me. Ordered Christmas gifts on December 2 and received on January 2. They posted on their website that it was due to an outside company they hired to handle the holiday rush not following through with their commitment. What I don't like is how they delete any negative comments or reviews on their Facebook page. My honest comments have been deleted and they blocked me. Every one of their reviews on their website is 5 stars. Seems too good to be true. I won't be shopping there again. Prices are cheaper on Amazon for the items that I ordered I discovered after the fact. They just don't seem honest in my opinion.
Purchased a few gifts cyber Monday that I was overly excited about. The gifts I found matched the recipients personality perfectly and I could not be more pleased! Site was easy to navigate and checkout was straightforward. However, without any notice, my order took two weeks to even leave their facility. It then took another week and a half to finally be delivered on December 24th. Granted, it was the holidays, but why did my very small order take two weeks to even leave their warehouse/facility/whatever. I did send a few emails throughout the process about delayed processing, but never received an email back. On top of that, the items were clearly thrown, then shoved, into a small box. I had to steam one of the items I purchased as it was a gift and looked like a crumpled paper towel after unboxing. Although they have great products, I will not be shopping with them again. Such a shame. Zero customer service.
In response to your reply... yes that is what I wrote after multiple requests for updates, to find a solution or to refund. Never received updates, a solution or a refund... or items. Taking advantage of people online is not acceptable and being a scammer is not a profession, so yes I'll continue to share my poor experience. Additionally, having your team members try to stalk and threaten my safety is unacceptable. Luckily you were only able to find an old profile with outdated information, otherwise you'd be reported to the police for stalking and threatening my safety. I apologized for my harsh wording, however, your actions of threatening violence on me and trying to stalk me is absolutely unacceptable from any "company," not to mention the emails and texts came from the same addresses/numbers that another company had scammed me from about a year or so ago. Long story short, still don't waste your time; this place is awful, the customer service is awful, and I'm 98% certain all of them"god reviews" are other scammers for this company.
Do not waste your time ordering from this place, they tell you (and charge for) a standard shipping of 5-7 business days. A week later they will tell you 7-21 business days without any eta of when you'll receive the order. If you're planning to get a gift from this place for someone for the holidays, they will fail you. This business is a scam.
I have shopped with Always Fits many many times over the past few years and it's always been a great experience. I know I'll find an awesome gift for my friends (but mostly myself) when I check out the site. My most recent order was severely delayed due to the pandemic and mail issues but the company was transparent and provided such great customer service and was sincerely apologetic... it was out of their control and you can really tell they care. It's cool to know you're dealing with actual people and a passionately run business as opposed to some giant corporation. Will continue to use them for my future gifts!
I ordered from this place 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my order, then when you ask them about your order they hit you with a 1 page story of how only 8 females work there and blame it on the warehouse and how they are not Amazon. It's unreal all the excuses they are making, like if you own a business get it together. Nobody wants to hear about all these excuses you are giving your customers, then they won't offer any type of incentives for the inconvenience they put you through. It's a joke I ordered gifts for Christmas now I will get it after Christmas and I get a sob story in return. Never experienced any thing like this and I shop from many small owned business all the time there is no excuse for this. I will never order from this place again.
