I have shopped with Always Fits many many times over the past few years and it's always been a great experience. I know I'll find an awesome gift for my friends (but mostly myself) when I check out the site. My most recent order was severely delayed due to the pandemic and mail issues but the company was transparent and provided such great customer service and was sincerely apologetic... it was out of their control and you can really tell they care. It's cool to know you're dealing with actual people and a passionately run business as opposed to some giant corporation. Will continue to use them for my future gifts!
I get all my cards from Always Fits because they always have the best cards. I experienced an issue where my card got lost in the mail (to no fault of the company) & had the pleasure of dealing with Ari in their customer care department. What an absolutely lovely person to deal with! Responses were almost immediate & my issue was remedied with empathy & compassion + a few laughs, even. Thanks for being great. I hope this company stays open forever!
I got this Fowl Language mug as a present, and it makes me chuckle every time I use it! Those little birds are absolutely adorable and I always have some nice company on my coffee break :) also it's dishwasher safe, I've been using it every day for several months - prints are intact.
Not only does the CEO write the most personable thank-you notes and welcome letters via her mailing list, she also has a keen eye for camp, pop, and nostalgia. I feel at home with this store. I've purchased three gifts so far, and have been so pleased with the quality, for one, and second, how each arrived in pristine condition. My dog liked one of their dog toys so much, my mother went and purchased another as a surprise to us. I'll definitely be looking to Always Fits for that special, unique gift you can't find anywhere else. I also feel good knowing I'm investing my money in a company that cares about their brand and product. I'm a branding consultant and an artist, so this is huge for me. They have some of the funniest, most nostalgic stuff ever! I ordered a Dirty Dancing " I carried a watermelon" sticker and I get so many comments about how funny and unique it is. I'm always recommending them to my friends who like quirky gifts. I've never had a bad experience with company, and will definitely continue recommend them as well as order for myself.
I've ordered a bunch of things off this website. The service has always been great with fast shipping. I've never had an issue with either. 10/10 would recommend and buy from again! The gifts I've bought were loved across the board. I even shipped socks to my brother and used Turd as his first name (bc why not) and they shipped it that way. Love this site!
Cute merch! Site was easy to navigate. Shipping was quick AF! Shirts are a little pricey, but I'm not mad about it. Nice quality, great fit, AMAZING designs, and they're holding up nice in the wash. And love the mug! Very Pleased! (:
You will get an endless stream of emails asking how they did. I left a very negaitve review that doesn't show up on their site. Hours later I now have been enrolled in every organization's newsletter. I received dozens of "welcome" emails from national companies I did not sign up for. I believe this to be directly related and retaliatory for my negative review about being emailed constantly.
Ordered Christmas gifts on December 2 and received on January 2. They posted on their website that it was due to an outside company they hired to handle the holiday rush not following through with their commitment. What I don't like is how they delete any negative comments or reviews on their Facebook page. My honest comments have been deleted and they blocked me. Every one of their reviews on their website is 5 stars. Seems too good to be true. I won't be shopping there again. Prices are cheaper on Amazon for the items that I ordered I discovered after the fact. They just don't seem honest in my opinion.
I love this site! They curate fantastic items from small businesses at reasonable prices. I haven't found anything quite like it! There's really something for everyone and I've ordered multiple times. Every time items have shipped on time and packaged well. I'll be a repeat customer for a long time!
Says when you purchase products a 3-5 day shipping period. I had not received mine it had been a month. So asked for my money back they refused. Said it was coming. I showed them receipt with policy said now past birthday of who I ordered it for refund money refused. BEWARE do not have good or ethical customer service!

I ordered a few gifts on Always fits on Saturday and by Monday afternoon they had already arrived, so while the ease of processing my order can't be beat I also just love these products! Vintage, funny, and unique right up my alley! These gifts are going to be a hit!
I ordered from this place 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my order, then when you ask them about your order they hit you with a 1 page story of how only 8 females work there and blame it on the warehouse and how they are not Amazon. It's unreal all the excuses they are making, like if you own a business get it together. Nobody wants to hear about all these excuses you are giving your customers, then they won't offer any type of incentives for the inconvenience they put you through. It's a joke I ordered gifts for Christmas now I will get it after Christmas and I get a sob story in return. Never experienced any thing like this and I shop from many small owned business all the time there is no excuse for this. I will never order from this place again.
I've ordered from this company twice now to give gifts to friends. Their product selection is full of fun items! My friends have loved the unique gifts that I have given them from alwaysfits! I will definitely do a lot more shopping here!
I love shopping with Always Fits. I have bought several greeting cards from here over the years that are fun and quirky and always get a laugh from the recipient. Customer service is always kind and courteous and resolves any issue quickly though those are few and far between.
I am so happy I stumbled upon this site. I have purchased everything from gag gifts for a work Christmas exchange to birthday presents for my unicorn loving friend, to get well soon gifts for a friend who had just undergone surgery, and even a book that represented a private joke between my husband and I for our anniversary. How did they know?! There is literally a thing for all occasions! Fast shipping and great quality items. Customer service is awesome! They answered my question fast, and even helped suggest an item to buy that wound up being exactly what I was looking for. I recommend this site to all my friends and will continue to purchase more things for more occasions!
Ordered some things for Christmas over three weeks ago and have not even received shipping information. Wrote an email to customer service, no response.
Also, after some very simple internet sleuthing, the majority of 5 star reviews on here are obviously friends of the company in Massachusetts.
I love the unique items I found on this site. I'm a big card sender and love quirky gifts and this site has things I've never seen anywhere else. Would definitely recommend. The caboodle card is my favorite as an 80s baby!
For those complaining about slow delivery, I have ordered from multiple sites recently and orders are just slower than usual for various reasons.
1. Stay away from their greeting cards. The ones I bought were such low quality, cheap looking, I couldn't bring myself to give them to anyone!
2. I paid $11.00 EXTRA for expedited shipping, and it still took 2 weeks to get to Kansas. Unacceptable! So as much as I like some of their products, I'm done with this company
