I ordered Valentine's Day cards on February 6th. Estimated shipping time 3-5 days, no problem. By Valentine's Day, they still hadn't arrived, so I had to scramble and buy my wife whatever leftover bad cards remained in the scraps at a nearby store at 4pm on Valentines Day. (BTW, I bought my kids' cards from a different vendor (PaperSource) on the same day as AlwaysFits, and the Paper Source cards arrived on Feb.10). Mistakes happen, but the reason for the one-star review is customer service. They won't refund my order. They replied, after two emails, that "sometimes orders arrive a bit later than expected," And if it didn't arrive by several days AFTER valentines day, they would "Look into this further". The order never came, and I never heard further from them. Don't use this company.
EDIT: On Feb.21, after my fourth attempt and a few one-star reviews, they refunded the order - "because it didn't arrive by 2/17" - repeating their "sometimes packages arrive later than expected" policy. Bottom line - 99% of companies would automatically refund a missed holiday order that had been guaranteed to arrive before the holiday.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use Alwaysfits.com. Shop elsewhere.

Too funny! Bought for a friend and coworker and they loved it!
You will get an endless stream of emails asking how they did. I left a very negaitve review that doesn't show up on their site. Hours later I now have been enrolled in every organization's newsletter. I received dozens of "welcome" emails from national companies I did not sign up for. I believe this to be directly related and retaliatory for my negative review about being emailed constantly.
Most customers prefer receiving transactional e-mails (eg. Order confirmation, tracking information) and most don't seem to mind just skipping over a request to review the product if they're not in the mood. I don't believe we send more transactional e-mails than other online shops, but we respect your personal preferences! You'd have our full support if those messages were just not you cup of tea! As for spam e-mails or sign ups that followed your orders with us, I do promise you that we had nothing to do with that! We are a small business and we definitely don't share our mailing lists with a soul! I'm sorry to hear your inbox was so flooded with messages! We can all relate to that! We wish you well, Ozzy!

Efficient and helpful
Purchased a few gifts cyber Monday that I was overly excited about. The gifts I found matched the recipients personality perfectly and I could not be more pleased! Site was easy to navigate and checkout was straightforward. However, without any notice, my order took two weeks to even leave their facility. It then took another week and a half to finally be delivered on December 24th. Granted, it was the holidays, but why did my very small order take two weeks to even leave their warehouse/facility/whatever. I did send a few emails throughout the process about delayed processing, but never received an email back. On top of that, the items were clearly thrown, then shoved, into a small box. I had to steam one of the items I purchased as it was a gift and looked like a crumpled paper towel after unboxing. Although they have great products, I will not be shopping with them again. Such a shame. Zero customer service.

As a kid, my most prized possession was my folder of clippings from my mom’s magazines.
This shop is those clipped and colorful dreams... all growned up for your gift-giving glee!
I’ve shared my favorite things in handwritten notes (folded to perfection, of course!) or in AIM away messages (RIP screen names “Fleur27” and “LoveAlwaysAshley”!), and today it’s a joy to share them in this shop.

Thank you for your feedback! We totally hear you about the shipping cost. We don’t ship a card to you the same way you would send it to your friend (in an envelope with just a stamp). We know it must get to you safely and in perfect shape to be gifted, so cards and stickers are shipped in a padded envelope instead. Unfortunately the mail carriers consider this a package, and not a letter, so the cost is a bit higher than what you'd expect. We have a special light-weight shipping cost just for these kinds of orders. For 3 cards or 9 stickers, we only charge $3.95 for shipping. We also offer bulk discounts when you buy multiple cards, and we offer free shipping for all orders over $59. Hope this helps!
