You will get an endless stream of emails asking how they did. I left a very negaitve review that doesn't show up on their site. Hours later I now have been enrolled in every organization's newsletter. I received dozens of "welcome" emails from national companies I did not sign up for. I believe this to be directly related and retaliatory for my negative review about being emailed constantly.
Most customers prefer receiving transactional e-mails (eg. Order confirmation, tracking information) and most don't seem to mind just skipping over a request to review the product if they're not in the mood. I don't believe we send more transactional e-mails than other online shops, but we respect your personal preferences! You'd have our full support if those messages were just not you cup of tea! As for spam e-mails or sign ups that followed your orders with us, I do promise you that we had nothing to do with that! We are a small business and we definitely don't share our mailing lists with a soul! I'm sorry to hear your inbox was so flooded with messages! We can all relate to that! We wish you well, Ozzy!
