Second time purchasing from site and they have gained a lifetime customer! I received a damaged bottle of perfume and I emailed customer service and was helped within minutes with ease and kindness!
It is amazing how similar it is to the real cologne/perfume. I always buy Kurkdjian gentle fluidity at Neiman Marcus and spend hundreds of dollars. Instead now I will always buy ALT!

These nasty "perfumes" make my skin itch which no-one compliments. The smell doesn't last but the itch does!
After NOT receiving any compliments that all the other reviewers said they got I asked someone if they could smell this on me & they replied yes & when I stated I wondered why no one had commented to me the answer was " because they don't want to be rude IT IS HORRIBLE" hahaha wish the ground would have swallowed me!
So sadly, $150 down the drain with no way to refund & I'm left with 3 bottles of, frankly quite awful perfumes that I can't even give away.
I worked it out -- I have to work 8 hours to pay off this mistake. 8 HOURS!
I am so bitterly disappointed!

I received my bottle of ALT CRYSTAL yesterday and couldn't wait to wear it! It smelled like I just crawled out of a medicine cabinet! Sickening. It's a SCAM.
I bought 4 bottles during my first purchase from ALT and I've never been so glad I found and gambled new company before!
To begin with, the product I bought has been wonderful and smells excellent, the bottles are priced very fairly for the large amount you get. They're pretty darn close to their designer counterparts (I'd say 97% identical) and the names are similar enough that I generally know what I'm reaching for right away and I don't have to stop and think about which dupe is which. The package arrived quickly and was well-packed, but there's only so much you can do before it gets into the hands of the carrier. The bottom of the package had been smashed during shipping and (I initially thought the pump was just not screwed on enough but upon after further inspection...) the impact broke the bottle pump and about 25% of the bottle leaked out. Not only does ALT make the contact process incredibly easy by allowing you to simply reply to the delivery confirmation email, but I got a response back in under 7 hours on a Friday! Not only was this the best response time I've ever experienced, they offered to replace the broken bottle right away without hesitation. I took videos and pictures while opening my boxes and I was fully prepared to go through the steps of sending the broken bottle back. Because they made the interaction so stress-free, I'm not sure they would have required the photos/videos, but my customer service rep, Neha, thanked me for them anyway and I didn't have to go through the extra steps of getting the bad bottle back to them. Overall, I've never been so pleased with a customer service rep/experience and I will be returning to them for all my perfume purchases from now on. Obviously, the other three bottles arrived in perfect condition so I have the utmost confidence in ALT, even if a small issue should arise.
They are good on sales but very bad after your purchase.i didn't get my order and alt didn't answer to my email. Don't buy from them.

Poor packaging and terrible customer support. If your items arrive damaged, don't expect any satisfying resolution.
I was so excited to receive my items in the mail. It took awhile to get to Canada, but they eventually arrived. The item was in an envelope with bubble wrap. Lightly lined. Nothing was protecting the items inside, other than what it came in. This is their fault for sending an international order in a lightly lined envelope, and has nothing to do with the shipping company. I've ordered multiple things from the states from the shipping company with absolutely zero issues because the company I ordered from packed the items safely. As soon as I opened the package, the smell was so strong. The box was damaged (during shipping), and the contents were leaking. They continued to leak and there was no way to store them so they stopped leaking because they were damaged during shipment.
I contacted customer support and they offered to send out a new package. I asked them if they could package it better so this doesn't happen again, and they said no and instead offered a store credit (not even for the full amount, I would still be out $20+ in shipping/shipping insurance). I told them I do not feel comfortable ordering from them ever again since they cannot package their items well enough for international travel. Now I'm out $72 and I'm disappointed I didn't find a cheap alternative for high-end fragrances. At no point did they offer any sort of refund, only store credit so you would have to spend more money on their site.
DO NOT pay extra for shipping insurance. They offer it, at a cost, and it does absolutely nothing to make sure that you're insured against shipping damages. All they do is take your money. I have never had a company expect the customer to incur ANY sort of loss when the items they receive are damaged. Companies can file an insurance claim when items are damaged and get refunded. Any reputable company would insure their items. It's very telling that they ask customers to pay extra for insurance, and have the option to get money back from damage for themselves, but do not offer it to the customer, so the customer is out money for damaged items. It's extremely shady to do something like that!
Attaching a picture of what the company calls "slight" damage. The bottles continue to leak and stink up the room they are in, and induce headaches. Holding onto everything until a resolution is reached. Will keep everyone updated if the company decides to be accountable for their shipping practices. Not holding my breath.
Here are a few key points to note:
1. They only offer store credit, no refunds.
2. There is no contact number provided.
3. Store credit is only available for non-sale items, and no cash/credit card refunds are offered at all.
4. Store credit for another item is a possible option but there's restoring fees, etc. But they have to acknowledge they received return to initiate exchange or store credit.
5. There is a 14-day return deadline too, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Unknowingly, I purchased an additional $3 for shipping protection, but they themselves sent a defective product in poorly packaged condition.
7. Please be cautious of their aggressive advertisement on online social media.
I would also be skeptical of their website reviews. I left a 1-star review on their site, which was promptly taken down. This leads me to believe that all the positive testimonials about their product are fake. I feel scammed as the entire thing turned out to be a paid promotional scam. I got tricked by their marketing tactics.

The items arrived in a defective and damaged condition. Please be careful when opening the box, as the spray caps easily came off due to them not being tightly screwed on. The bottles themselves are of poor quality.
I purchased three bottles of the same perfume (Crystal No. 23), but none of them had the same scent. One smelled like a medicine cabinet, with an oily consistency and a strong chemical smell that only lasted a few minutes, if that. Another had an alcohol smell and evaporated within seconds. The third one, which spilled on my hands and clothes, left me smelling like cleaning products one would use in a mechanic shop. It made me feel nauseous and sick, and it even ruined my dress by bleaching it and causing a hole. I felt like a walking advertisement for cleaning supplies with the awful smell, and it made my nerves feel weak. The harmful chemicals in the perfume caused a rash and hives, resulting in itching. Four other people who tried it experienced the same reactions.
The scent doesn't last, but the itchiness does. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company for the harmful chemicals they put inside their product bottles. This company needs to be shut down!

Answer: In my experience I have not been able to find another 'Dupe' company that compares to ALT. Have tried Dossier and Oakcha and both have left me disappointed.
Answer: No, it caused an awful rash on my forearms that took weeks to get rid of. When I contacted the company about it, they offered 15% off a future purchase...yeah right! Terrible product with terrible customer service.
