One of the control boards on a 4-zone multi-split installed in 2022 failed. The support center walked me through the troubleshooting process, identified the problem (a heating coil that shorted the control board), promptly sent the correct parts. Repair time was less than 30 minutes.
The DIY system arrived very fast after ordering and there was a problem with the components that I received and Alpine Home Air promptly corrected it. I will be buying from them for the rest of the bedrooms in my house.
Mismatched equipment sent. Had to wait 4 days for replacment parts. People were very helpful otherwise.
Received in a very reasonable time in good condition. Had it installed within the next couple weeks and it has been working great so far. Would recommend to someone else.

I had a hard time finding mini splits online until I came across the Alpine website. I called up and the gentleman was super nice and was able to find the exact filters for our mini splits. The order came in a couple of days. Would hardly recommend this company for any future needs.
Our HVAC guy recommended Alpine and they made it easy to order the systems we needed that came with everything we needed.
Received everything I ordered in two days in perfect condition. Very easy to deal with and very helpful.
Never done HVAC anything before. The mini split was easy enough to install and the ceiling cassettes look better than the wall units. Keeps the house very comfortable. The parts arrived on an oversized pallet and had no signs of damage. The only negative aspect was one of ceiling cassette face plates had a non functioning dust filter motor. After disassembly the motor wires were smashed and causing strain on the internal connector. Rerouting wires and disconnecting/reconnecting all connectors fixed the problem. Everything has been functioning well for a few weeks now.
Super efficient, quality is good, and everything works awesome! Install was fairly easy, (I am speaking for my husband). We love the cool that comes out so fast! Thanks Alpine Air!
I've installed several minisplit Condensers on these stands and they're great quality for about 100$ less than the competition. Only thing is the bolts 🔩 to attach the condenser are too short so I just keep a stock of the correct bolts in my parts box.
Highly recommend this company. They never let us down for the last 10 years...
