So far, so good. I have not used AlphaRooms in the past, and have been pleasantly surprised. However, time will tell whether or not I made the right choice!

I am so, so frustrated! Once again, I have not received an answer back from alpharooms about our upcoming vacation in only 3 weeks!. The booking e-mail said that on January 28,2015, the balance of our payment would be charged to the credit card account we made the reservation with UNLESS we paid ahead of time. I TRIED to pay ahead of time and there was no way on the website to do that! They have not yet charged my credit card for the remainder of the balance. For all I know, we will get to the resort and be turned away. WHY CANT I GET A SIMPLE ANSWER TO A SHORT E_MAIL? So here we are, "PLANNING" on a Cancun vacation, which we have bought the plane tickets for already, and have no idea if we have an actual reservation and how/when we will be paying for it.
Very easy to book online, very good price as I had looked elsewhere and this was the best. I have been with them before and never had any problem, I would recommend and would book again.

Do not you. I have booked twice in 10 days and twice they have cancelled. They have also taken money after they cancelled. I am still waiting for refund. Please beware of this company.
