Alpha Rooms was the cheapest for for my hotel room. I hope that the cheapest cost for my type of room actually deliveries the same quality room as other sites.
Staff of the place was absolutely great. They were very pleasant and friendly. The views are just out of world and the whole experience has been out of the world.

I have always had poor views on trivago. I had looked on it many years ago and found it expensive in comparison to other sites. I kept seeing the advert on the TV and as I have recently been looking to go away I thought what the hell, let's give it another try. I was not disappointed. I love a bargain & I have searched the web far & wide trying to find the cheapest hotel possible for my trip to Orlando Florida. I couldn't find any site with cheaper prices for the hotel we booked. There were other hotels at cheaper prices but we wanted to book a mid range hotel. The site is easy to use & navigate. There is also the option to pay a £1 deposit which was really helpful for me. I chose to pay the amount in installments. I don't know whether my computer didn't load the page properly or whether it just didn't say. But it sounded like I could pay installments when I wanted, which I can but there is also a direct debit set up which will be debited from my account each month. Again this is fine but I thought it wasn't going to be fixed amounts, this was a little unclear. Like I said I can log in & pay amounts off when I want which will reduce my monthly payments, so it doesn't really matter to me all that much but it may do to others. This is the only reason I am not giving a five star review. Great site, best out there in my opinion.

What a horrible $#*!e company. I booked and paid for two rooms in lanzarote on 27/12/17. And got confirmation right away. 7 weeks later alpharooms sent me a email saying the hotel was overbooked and I was moved to the opposite end of the resort. When I phoned I was basically told take it or cancel as it was too late to book another hotel I had to access it. When I finally managed to get through the to customers service I was assured that I was in my original hotel and to print off my confirmation voucher. Surprise gets to the hotel it's overbooked they got us a room for that night (2 couples in one room) and sorted a hotel for the rest of our holiday I've been arguing with alpharooms rooms for the money it cost for the room and taxi to new hotel, since March and they just blame me saying I accepted after numerous calls and emails and being told crap and lies by them I'm now going through small claims court thE money doesn't bother me it's the fact they treated me badly and have cheated loads of customers. They are the $#*!iest company I have ever dealt with please if you read this don't think of booking with them.

So from now on I just look for hotel through alpha rooms, that's it.

Not used alpharoom before. Was very impressed with the choice of accommodation and the price. Payment options very good. Website very clear and easy to navigate.
I had previously booked few months back and thought I Had a good price until I seen Apha Rooms Price which was Cheaper. I then Cancelled and Booked with Alpa Rooms. As a Frequent Traveller I was very impressed with the whole process of booking alpha rooms & will be using them in future.
Everything was easy to follow, from flights to choosing the accomadation. All the extras to choose from if required at the end if booking. Ie insurance, car hire, transfers. Great value.
