I went online and changed my delivery date and yet I received the unwanted item anyway. They will not accept returns and my chocolate bars came as liquid. This company is crap buy at your own risk
For 16yrs I tried plant proteins. THIS IS GROSS! Must be FAKE REVIEWS. I gave 1 point for effort in RIPING US OFF.
The 2 phone numbers they give DO NOT WORK... Make your decision.
UPTADE: The berry and Good greens tasted okay to me, However, the Chocolate flavor triggered anaphylaxis-like symptoms, Swelling throat, tongue, and Dizzyness. Luckily symptoms went away after drinking water for 5-10 minutes. I think it may have been the coconut sugar they added which triggered the attack.
Their free trial isn't free, It cost $2.99 to ship, I changed my mind about ordering it so I immediately Contacted them requesting to cancel my Daily Good Greens Free Trial Order and get my $2.99 refunded, I managed to cancel the $40 monthly Auto Replenish, But I still couldn't get the trial order canceled, I contacted them several more times requesting a cancellation and a refund, only to get a generic email 1-2 days later which READS:
( I can confirm that your ALOHA Replenishment Service has been canceled as of September 08,2016 at 6:37 PM
Rest assured that moving forward you will not receive any automatic shipments or charges.)
They confirmed that the Auto Replenish which was already confirmed cancelled the day before, has been cancelled, Yet they still didn't deliver on my main request which was to cancel the trial order and get refunded.
I continued contacting them pledging to cancel my trial order But no avail, Then Today I received an email which reads: (Your ALOHA order shipped!) They shipped the trail order anyway even after telling them to cancel it. So in the end, My order wasn't canceled (like I requested it to be.) I didn't receive my $2.99 refund, And I soon will be receiving a product which is known to have a Bad taste and cause Food Poisoning.
I received my first Order but I guess I did not cancel the "Free Trial" within 7-day period (which is a very short period of time for a customer to experience and decide if we want future automatic shipments and now we are stuck with Protein Powders that we do not want. We called and was told that the shipment already went out and could not be cancelled. Sharon and Essence said they cannot cancel the shipment even though they do not know its status or provide a tracking number so we can stop the shipment. We will refuse the shipment but was told we will get charged no matter what. It is not good business practice to "hook" a customer and not issue a full refund ($29.90) for protein powder we do not want. I was offered a $15 credit instead but, I think we have consumer protection to get the full refund no? We will have to look into that. If we walked into a brick and mortar store and purchase $29.90 worth of products and returned it - we would get a full refund. I told Sharon, Essence, and Asia that we were planning on spending more money for the Foundation Vitamins but since we cannot get our $29.90 back it left a bad taste in our mouth and now we are not interested in re-purchasing the vitamins anymore.
(I understand that Aloha can argue that we "agreed" to the 7-day Trial Period and in the fine print indicated that agreeing to this also means a recurring charge of $29.90. Well, despite agreeing to this I think if a customer says that we would rather get something else instead of the protein powder - why not give the customer what they want? Why tell the customer they are stuck with something they don't want? How is this good business practice - it's not.

You are losing a customer that will spend hundreds of dollars on your vitamins for $29.90 worth of protein powder we do not want. It's not cool. Please change your policy or you risk losing (loyal)customers. Make it right and keep us or your company will suffer - customers don't grow on trees you know.
Answer: NO! You cannot have a phonenumber that works. ITs NOT NECESSARY FOR YOU TO HAVE IT... Unless YOU are SELLING my INFO! Which is complete BS! I have a landline and a computer, If thats not good enough for you, then take a hike off a short pier. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO TEXT that cannot be sent via email? WHAT do you need my phone number for? To robot call me and drive me insane? ITS ILLEGAL!
