I purchased a Breitling Chronomat B01 Blacksteel Swiss Replica which looked great upon receipt. It had been worn about 20 times before the clasp broke. Now, after a dozen emails to support with NO RESPONSE whatsoever, I'm beginning to understand the other reviews. One of the two, tiny buttons on the clasp that allow you to "lock it", has fallen off (and lost). Now the clasp will not open if closed. I own eight, high-end time pieces and this was my second purchase of a clone. I'm glad I "only" wasted $800 on this mistake. Terribly disappointed that something as simple as replacing the clasp or strap couldn't be handled quickly and efficiently. I will not be buying from AllSwissWatch again.

Returned a defective watch after paying $550 for it at a cost of another $40. Nothing Nothing Nothing. Why didn't I read these reviews first - I thought myself smarter than this. If there are any positive reviews of this company they're as fake as their watches!

I ordered a really nice looking watch on 25/09/23 for over $1000 and waited over a month only to receive something completely different and of a really poor quality. Contacted allswiss and was informed they would find my order and send out to me. I offered to send the other item back but they have not sent the item no never answer my emails or whats app messages. Please do not buy anything from this company also will need to put out on social media to stop people from getting scammed.

There are 2 websites for the company Keisha Gomes answers emails for, - one is elite replica and the other is allswiss. Each website has a different US address for it's location. One in NJ and one is PA. When I tried to pay for my purchase it was (fortunately?) denied and then I was sent to a new website in the Thai language - I don't read Thai. I'd rather dream about my exotic watch than try to buy it from one of these companies regardless of whether or not they are legit.

You should always pay by credit card then if you are not happy you can use charge back to get a refund.

I would advise against buying from Allswiss. I paid approx £500 for a Submariner. I was more than happy with the build quality and enjoyed wearing it. It worked fine for about 3 years and then stopped, would run for a few seconds and then stop. I contacted them in the hope they would be able to offer a repair, which I would have been happy to pay for. For some reason the purchase did not show in my account. I forwarded a copy of their invoice - NOTHING. Personally believe a £500 watch should last more than 3 years or the seller to at least offer a repair, even if at the customers expense. This was my 3rd and last purchase from Allswiss.

This watch was supposed to be as close to the original as there is. The watch looked like the real thing, but never kept proper time. After about two months of ownership I looked down at the watch and noticed the bezel and crystal had fallen off! I work in an office and take great care of the watch knowing that it is not as durable and sturdy as the original, but this was ridicules. I have reached out to the company many times with no response. A total waste of money. I have reported them to the FTC in hopes that it will trigger a response. Don't waste your money. Save up and buy the real thing or get something else. You will be sorry, I promise. I am a retired firefighter and Marine Corp veteran. I currently work as a public insurance adjuster. I do not or have ever worn the watch except for work or going out. Not Happy!

Been waiting for over four months for this watch and it never came and i never received...

Do not buy from this site. I ordered a watch which took 3 months to come, when I finally received it, the clasp was broken. I asked for the address to return watch for a refund but ‘Keisha' emailed me to say they would send me a replacement clasp. I am still waiting 4 months later. I have politely emailed asking for an address to return, but my emails are now being ignored. I am now seeking legal advice as this is fraud.

The 2 watches I bought stop working after few months. Wrote to Keisha Gomes several emails pointing out that the watches were under guarantee to be repaired. No reply. Never!
My advice to potential buyers from Allswisswatch: don't buy from them they are expensive with no reason. I have watches from other sites that I bought much much cheaper, looking as good and still working after 2 years. Don't trust Allswisswatch, don't waste your money.

Purchased watch came in a timely fashion no complaints yet. Watch ran but stopped occasionally. Then it stopped al together. Emailed Kesha and she gave me instructions on warranty work. They said it would be repaired at no cost just ship it back and it would be repaired. It has been 2 months and no watch. I emailed Kesha and she replied stating the watch had been delivered and repaired and would be sending it back soon. Another month passed and now I get no responses to my emails. So I think I lost my watch. If I receive any email from Kesha I will update this review but right now I call AllswissWatch Co. A ripp off and I cant recommend any body to buy anything from them..

Just received my ap royal oak blue from Keisha last week and wanted to wait a week to see if it ran well before I posted the review.

The watch is absolutely Stunning and much better than advertised, shipping was a bit slow but I've received my Amazon purchases much slower these few months so I wouldn't hold them up to this.

Will definitely come back for more and the support received from Keisha is very personal and great, definitely recommended

I bought a RM 011 then when it ddnt ship I wrote a bad review now she threatens me they are a scam do not be fooled no watch will come, look at the photos below

The Submariner I ordered was not available. Keisha offered me a similar alternative. I accepted and sent the payment to them.
Prior to shipping she sent me a picture of a third watch which was what they intended on sending me. I pointed out the error and Keisha apologized and offered me a discount on a future purchase. At this point I was concerned with the lack of professionalism with allswisseu, but I had already paid, and it was a Christmas gift so I agreed to the third choice.

The watch that arrived was not what I ordered. I cannot stress this enough, the quality was horrendous. The bezel didn't spin nicely and would stick. The crown was not the correct size and didn't thread correctly. Worst was the band, Keisha assured me it would be marked and sent me a photograph of a hall marked band. What I received was a watch band of the poorest quality I have ever seen. Not a band one would attach to any watch in the greater than $100 price range.

I emailed Keisha a list of why it was not an acceptable watch for the price and a request for a full refund. Her response sums up the soul of this company.

No apology, no acknowledgement of my unhappiness with the transaction. Just an email stating send the watch to the below address, when we receive it will will reimburse you.

I responded I will ship it to the address but allswiss must pay the $38 shipping fee. I'm still waiting to hear back from her.

I'm 90% certain I will never get my money back.

I will update my review with the end result.
