You should always pay by credit card then if you are not happy you can use charge back to get a refund.

Hello, on August 1, I ordered them 2 clocks worth 1300 dollars my money took them right away! After 3 days I was told that one model does not have it I think this should have been told before they took my money but...! I chose another model after another 2 days told me that this model also did not have it, I chose a third and did not have it. I asked for the money I said I had to wait for them 2 months I will not wait to wait, but they continue to lie to me and make me choose 4 model clock and do not return the money. Do not buy from these people they are crooks and scammers, I burned with 1300 dollars unfortunately, but if I can help someone and prevent him from being a deceiver, he too. They took my money 14 days ago and have not yet confirmed what clocks they will send me. Unfortunately, they are not in Europe or in America such people are in jail! There is a plethora of complaints from your customers on several international denunciation sites and almost all of them are due to not receiving the purchased watch or not receiving refund or return for the poor quality of the watch and not receiving the amount paid. I bought 2 watchs on 10/11/2018, through Order #*******, and I did not receive the product or the refund until today, 5/2/2019, almost 6 months after the purchase, despite dozens of emails and complaints on the site. I am retired, I am 72 years old, I live alone and due to the very difficult situation I am working on reselling watches to buy medicine, food and to pay rent. I'm just making these complaints because I've never been through so much cheating, hypocrisy, lies and dissimulation as this gang got me through.
We, the buyers and consumers of global e-commerce, beg for any government entity or consumer protection agency to severely stop and punish Allswisswatch fraud and crime practices for serious and honest citizens.
These occurrences are no longer a case of Complaint, but a case of Police.

Been waiting for over four months for this watch and it never came and i never received...
