All these reviews are absolutely correct. Never thought I'd fall victim this bad, but I did. I ALWAYS research sites, but didn't this time... until I found out the serial number was "invalid." BEWARE, people! Don't throw away your money
This is a payment service for pirated software made in China. Do, not ever use them! They tell you if you have any disputes to complain to https://www.ecpss.cc/contact.html except it is a bad address or you can send an e-mail to *******@ecpss.com/*******@ecpss.com but that is bad too. The telephone numbers have been disconnected.
Answer: I have ordered a Microsoft Office 2007 Home & Student for $85.99 on this site, and after verifying my account they charged me for $89, but the worst follows. When I tried to install the software, the setup file on the disk wouldn't work, and I had to call the microsoft office support. I could download and install the sofware, and with the assistance of the microsoft support's associate, we tried to activate it using the product key on the box of my purchase. It was a trial version key, and this was a final no-go for the activation. I have used WHOIS to see who was behind this site, and it appears that the registrant is in China. I wonder how we could make our frustrating experiences known on an internet scale and make such a site close. I feel sad about all the people who don't know that and will loose their hard-earned money this way. I have made a complaint on the FTC site and on the Consumer Action site as well. Finally, I will try to dispute the expense on my account, bringing to the bank all the documents and correspondence related to this fraud.
