I certainly hope those of you who have disputes in progress are able to get your money back whether through your credit card company or otherwise. the only reason i did not purchase after my original forum comment was because of the lack of contact information. this has happened to me in the past with other product sites, ebay and you are correct susan m. - paypal won't help. i will follow up with an additional complaint to the ftc pierre, in hopes that they get shut down. Has anyone used this site? Their Adobe 9 Pro is so cheap that I am weary of purchasing here and they have no phone number listed on the Contact Us section. Thanks!
