The poster was fine but shipping was very slow 3+ weeks for a single poster and be careful on shipping. I had placed a large mixed order on amazon and it had 22 dollars in shipping. Little di I realize that 14.26 was the shipping on a single 3 dollar poster. Sure it was my fault for not checking each item so I'm to blame but that doesn't mean there still not crooks the actual cost of postage on the tube was less than 1/3 of their cost

I bought two posters from allposters, one was badly creased and the other one was very out of focus, I tried for a week to contact them through their customer service to ask for a refund but did not receive a response from them so I left a negative review here and also on resellerratings.com. Allposters actually monitor and respond to negative feedback on Resellerratings.com, I was contacted by Ashley from allposters who apologised for the problems I was having, asked me questions to find out details about the issues and then organised for a replacement of the damaged poster and a refund for the out of focus poster at no cost to me. Ashley was helpful, courteous and very quick with replies. I have received the refund and the replacement poster so my opinion of allposters has changed from bad to good.

So disappointed!

I ordered 2 Billie holiday framed posters. At a 45% discount. I couldn't believe I was getting too great framed posters at such a cheap price. Only to find out two weeks later they said my item is delayed, then they canceled my order with no explanation. I pay 24:95 for shipping which is extremely expensive. I called all posters and they're only exclamation was is we ran out of those frames, but you can still buy the poster and buy your own frame. What a lame excuse! I ordered the posters the same day they went on sale so don't give me an excuse that you ran out of frames. Shame on you all posters! I will never

I ordered three posters from movies I loved. The posters that arrived were not movie posters but, very poor reproductions on matte paper from a third-party printer. This, I'm pretty sure, is illegal. AND, the reproductions, which they do not tell you are poor reproductions, are of such low quality that they look like they were printed on a desktop office printer. I'm not sure how they can get away with this.

I placed an order for a small art print on a wood mount. Only 16x12". Should have been an easy job. But not for these folks. No, these folks are highly adept at the art of incompetence. To them, no transaction is complete without at least 3 operation bungles. That's 3 screw-ups. Then we can call it a day. First, they managed to crop an INCH off of the 12" image. That's a lot of cropping for a small image and of course it re-centered the focal point. They promised to produce a new one, and fix the issues. Then I didn't hear back for weeks. After numerous conflicting back n forth emails, I finally spoke with a "supervisor" who says the job got "lost." They need to start over. Again. She promises expedited shipping to help make up for lost time. But that never happened, it shipped regular ground. 2 weeks later it arrives. And it arrives, somehow, with the print shops copyright info printed on the FRONT of the piece. Not on the back. Right on the F'ing front. These people have to be trying to be this incompetent. No one works in Quality Control, they obviously have no process for that. This is ART we're talking about here, and they repeatedly demonstrated ZERO attention to detail. Sad. Pathetic, really. They ought hang their heads in shame. But no doubt they have no shame to hang with. It's been 2 days since I contacted them requesting a return. Crickets. Ordering, production, and shipping from AllPosters has been snail slow each time. FYI - AllPosters.com is also Art.com. I recommend ordering art from one of their many competitors instead.

Definitely a scam

Definitely a scam.
Bought 4 posters (Despicable Me one was "sold out").
Arrived 5-6weeks later, no tracking number. $29 shipping.
Good paper, just really terrible printing. Not like originals at all.
Like all the inks were gluggy and melted away and together before drying.
Much better are Guggenheim.org gallery posters. They are real posters, accurate printing and displayable. Allposters.com". Au" (shipped from the US?! 5+weeks shipping?!) are not displayable but what to do?

I felt this websites setup was proffessional which made me order from it. But needless to say i hate that i did. First off it has a customer service number to contact them which they never return your call, second its set up like a cell phone voicemail rather than a business one. They debit your money for payment almost immediately but its been 2 weeks since i placed my order and no one has returned my calls from my multiple messages left i am totally unhappy about this.

Lovis Corinth posters I ordered came with the heads cut off, the reproductions are yellow, so much yellow it overpowers the true colors of the original. Shipping was slow.It seems like nobody is minding the shop, quality wise at least. Never again for me.

I ordered a framed poster but the poster was cut off at the edges *significantly* - as in the central design had been blown up to exceed the edges of the paper. Then they framed it, cropping the design even further. I returned that after telling them the problem. Then I ordered another poster - unframed this time. Same problem! Fool me twice. Hopefully they won't fool you!

Ordered a bunch of posters from them, in one large order. They arrived with a large number the posters damaged. I called and they said they would ship replacements. Six months later, and still no replacements. Also, twelve posters were on back order, and now they say they are no longer available, but that I was not charged. I checked my bank statement, and I had been. Also, they charged me near double the amount they quoted me for shipping and just tacked it on. They are the worst. I will never, never, never order from them again.

Amazing quality!

I ordered a Lorde poster from allposters.ca and I got it for 8 dollars for the poster and only 6 dollars for shipping which was shipping from the US. to Canada! The print is very high quality and detailed! I would order again! Make sure to view the preview on the website before ordering because it will show you exactly what your getting, Also they ship by snail mail so it will about a week past the expected date to arrive. But the shipping was extremely cheap and they have an option for faster shipping.

7 of my posters that I bought (I got 13) were of absolutely terrible quality. One was so pixilated, I could see each square. The others were extremely blurry. 5 of the posters were ok, but it looked like something that I could have printed at Staples. 1 poster was very nice.
The prices were great, quality... not at all where it should be for a business.

I ordered a kitten poster and it was very poor quality. It was so faded you could barely make out what it says. I looks like it the printer was running out of ink. I wish I would have checked reviews first.

I recently placed an order for two posters - one large, unframed poster and one smaller art print with a poster frame. I received the large poster right away and I was happy with it, but the second poster was no where to be found. I contacted the company and they told me there was a problem with the warehouse. A week later, the second poster came in the mail. However, there was no frame. And in addition to that, the print was shown on the website as 14" x 11". Well, the paper is 14 x 11, but the picture itself is only 8" x 6". Fortunately I didn't pay much for the picture, but I will certainly not be ordering anything from Poster Revolution again!

I have ordered from PR for years. My tastes are specific. I like some abstract artists like Kandinsky, Ortenstone and Modigliani. I couldn't afford the prints anywhere else and my home is filled with these artists. I gets tons of compliments. No, you can't track, but if you're not in a hurry, you can't beat the deal. All of my pictures were of good quality and in perfect condition when they arrived. My art is gorgeous and about 1/3 of the price I'd pay for these prints anywhere elsewhere. I am grateful for places like this.

They not a scam, but do have terrible customer service. I made a order for £87 which they took 5 weeks to deliver, just one poster. They seemed to think i had a paypal dispute and never bothered to check they had received payment and there was not outstanding dispute. It took over 15 emails and multiple phonecalls for them to finally send my order, everytime they would say they would check it or refer to the correct department but then nothing would happen. Really BAD service. I wouldnt normally review but they stood out as a company who i thought i could buy from but totally let me down.

Horrible company and bad for business. They try and lure you in and get your business, then customer service will shoot down any request you have and finish it off by mocking you that you were not fast enough to check out, since they will sell out before you pay for the items in your cart and there's nothing you can do about it. They will make sure to remind you too, then you will be left with nothing and provided with no support and felt crappier than you did when you notice that they sold the items you had in your shopping cart. Boycott this website and company & DO NOT BUY from them, Bad company and terrible customer service that does more damage than anything. They ought to be sued.

Bad experience
April 16, 2017

Product never arrived, possibly due to import duty. I bought on a local site (... com.br) so never thought for a moment I was going to incur duty. When I alerted them after much time that nothing had arrived they aaid I was too late - no refund, no nothing. 20 bucks down the drain

Screwed Up Twice
May 4, 2021

Ordered a 24x36 canvas poster—sent me the first one, the image was crooked and misaligned. I reached out to customer service and they asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I requested a replacement and again, the second canvas was misaligned and at a ridiculous angle. I reached out to customer service and requested a full refund. I'm convinced there is no quality assurance or quality control at this organization.
