This is the worst moving company I have ever hired. They overcharged then broke a bed and a television. When I filed a claim they said they would pay $400. I declined this number and wanted to escalate it but now they won't answer numerous calls and messages. Save yourself some grief and go with another reputable moving company

I just want to warn anyone out there looking for a good moving company. If your thinking about All My Sons, RUN! They canceled the morning of my move! They called at 8am, which I thought they were saying they were on their way. Nope, they said they can't make it. They can reschedule though. Who the hell reschedules a move. I sold my house i had to be out of it at noon. My poor 60 year old dad and friends came to help. I made 9 different phone calls looking for a last minute uhaul. So again WARNING! Run from this company. They should be shut down, not one of these reviews are good.

Horrible company, jacked up fee half way through emptying their truck. When I complained, Matt, owner/manager started swearing at me and later hung up on me. Moving staff half way through moving my stuff stopped and attempted to take my belongings away. When I tried to stop them, all three movers assulted me and threatened to kill me. I had to call the police on them. After police arrived, they delivered the remaining items. I should have read the 1.4 star review before deciding to call these crooks. Do NOT trust this company, if you give them your business, you will regret it fast. If you care about your SAFETY and wish to live another day, WATCH OUT!

We hired All my sons moving for July 20th and to have them store our stuff until July 28th. We worked with David Budler (sales) which was a huge mistake. He was not part of anything other than when I signed and as far as customer service went was awful. He even stopped taking my phone calls.
On the move out they damaged the walls of the home and stairs as they didn't do anything to protect either one. The movers were very unfriendly, and one mover even talked about having to go to court (I won't disclose for what for)
When we finally received our belongings, a different staff showed up (late) and as they unloaded our belongings, we realized that destroyed furniture. Ripped couches and 2 love seats, broke our China cabinet, broke end tables, broke 2 TV stands, ruined my sleep number bed, scratched, and chipped our bedroom furniture. We filed a claim and were ignored for more than 2 weeks, (and currently at week 3 with NO resolve) When I finally was able to get someone on the phone the lack of empathy by AB Balderas (employees name) made the entire situation worse and felt I didn't really matter. This was the absolute worst experience of my life.
Thank You All my sons for ruining what should have been a great experience moving into a brand new home for me and my family.

We have our own wrapping materials, instead of using them, these guys go get their own material to wrap and then charge us 100 dollars when they only wrapped 2 boxes

I hired all my sons for my move. They talked themselves up, I was excited. The day of the move I was told to call at twelve for update. They called back and said it would be another two hours. I called at 2:30 they didn't answer. Then I get a call around 4 saying that they aren't coming because their move was too big. Then tried to reschedule me a week out! The girl on the phone had the audacity to get upset at me for being frustrated. People book movers for a reason and expect them to be on time. This company did nothing of the sort. Thanks for nothing! Do not hire.

If rating could be any lower I would!
I contacted this company in mid May to quote and schedule moving services. I received a email from them confirming my move was scheduled and deposit was complete. Received a confirmation email from Ashley.
On May 23rd I received a email from a Michael Barker, all is set crew will call you in route to your house. Blah Blah Blah- We look forward to making this "The Best Moving Experience, Period!"
On May 24rd at 750 am Ashley calls me and tells me that "one of the crew called off", so they would not be moving us today. I politely and calmly asked if the move could be rescheduled. This was answered by some BS about not trusting the team member who called off, more Blah Blah, Blah! At this point I asked for the company that had taken my deposit and sent me all the emails to find someone to complete the move. 3 people off work, all items packed and ready- I asked for a call back within an hour. That never happened! I had to call them back as a follow up.
So at moving day before a holiday weekend, they just decided that I was not important to work with. Refunded my deposit but this is stuck in the closed bank system and only received a "sorry one of the crew called off". Cant believe a company can do business if one person gets sick or injured! Catch phase should be "The worst Moving Experience, Period!

Absolute slowest movers I have ever seen. Move was quoted at 4-5 hours and a cost of $600-750. When we contacted the owner 2 hours into the move - he said "oh no my guy onsite says it will be a 4 hour load so should be done in 7 hours". Move actually took almost 11 hours and a cost of $1500 AND they didn't even move all of our stuff. We had to rent a truck and finish the move ourselves. We tried discussing the issue with the owner twice during the move and he was completely uninterested. He kept telling us we could save money by "doing this ourselves or that ourselves". We ended up doing it ourselves AND paying too much. We were quoted for a 3-man team - what we got was 1 man worked really hard and the other 2 stood around and watched. They also completely destroyed 1 storage cabinet and part of 1 bed but offered nothing to fix/replace either item - not even an option to file a claim. I was told I would get a copy of the receipt once it was processed but still haven't received that.

The initial visit with Michael Yates, the sales person, was great. The seven guys who came to pack and move us were young and nice. Jonathan, the lead guy, met with me and gave me an overview of what would happen. Shortly afterwards, he asked for a storage bag and without asking him why he needed it, I gave one to him and asked if he needed more. At the end of the day, he gave me this same bag and when I asked him what was it, he told me that it was ALL of the screws, nuts and bolts for everything that they had disassembled in our entire home. No labels on any of it. Although he promised a walkthrough, he did not. I opened drawers and underneath cabinets, checked rooms and discovered that many items had not been packed. Curtains were still on the walls, pots/pans under cabinets, pics on walls, etc. I understand that they were tired and hungry at that point which they stressed many times to me. They drank water and cokes and many of the young men left their trash in rooms and outside. This was the Carrollton location that did our move. Although I have reached out to Mike, Ryan, and Jonathan, I have not received a response at all. I/we are highly disappointed about their service.
