Received Rabies vaccine on December 27,2017 which I purchased for kittens to be born in early 2018 which go home 12 weeks later. On April 23,2018 as I was doing my 12 week vaccinations noticed that the Rabies vaccine had already expired in March 2018. I never got to use the vaccine for they had shipped me old vaccine which was about to expire within months. Any ethical company would advertise that the vaccine was about to expire and would be offered at a discounted rate. Not that I want a discount because the vaccine is useless to me. They would not just sell it to an unsuspecting buyer. Vaccine should be at least a year in advance expiration date, not exactly 90 days from receiving 50 vials of the vaccine. Like I said any ethical company would advertise that the vaccine was going to Expire soon.
In the two years I have been purchasing vaccine off them I have spent approximately $3,500.00. I consider myself a good client for a small cattery and I should not have been taken advantage of. I will not be purchasing any products from this Unethical company!
Once I found out about Allivet I've never used any other pet site! In my opinion better than chewy! Thank you Allivet!
Allivet provided the medications for our little dog at almost half the cost of the vet who prescribed it.
I ordered 2 Rx meds for my dog. Allivet processed them, contacted my vet, and got them in the mail to me right away. Very good service.

I have had a great experience with Allivet. They have shipped the product my dog needs quickly. The cost is lower than what I have to pay at the vet.
I can't search for a specific product. So I have to waste time and attention going through menu options and scrolling down webpages searching for what I ordered before. For example my search for "Tri-Heart Plus 26-50 lbs 6 Month Green" produced no results so I had to put more effort in finding what should have been instantly delivered. This is likewise for "Dasuquin" and "Nutramax Dasuquin with MSM Soft Chews, Small/Medium Dog, 84 Count". I AM NOT HAPPY.
My senior canine has Cushings disease and will need Vetoryl for the rest of his life. Thank you Allivet for great low prices of Montys medication. It really helps a lot.

I use Allivet to purchase my dogs heart condition medications. My online order process is simple and delivery is on time.
When putting meds on an automatic refill the prices increased. Had to go through and re order at the lower cost for the same product. Company does seem to have a lot of medications which is helpful and less expensive than getting them through the vet clinics
I get my dogs meds on this site for his epilepsy and they are always deliverrd on time. The price is great too!
Website was easy to navigate and shipment arrived on time. Prices are compatible, certainly cheaper than the vets (WHICH WAS A PLUS!).
I have been filling my dog's prescriptions with Allivet for a long time because the cost is much more affordable than that of his vet. Also, ordering with the app makes it super easy to do. Very content!
My order shipped and was not received in time (it's been over two weeks) so I had to get the daily meds elsewhere. They would not refund my money until 10 business days after the package shipped. Even though there was clearly no movement on the package in 9 days.
I told them even if by some miracle the package does arrive I don't need it anymore. I was I can't receive my refund until they get the package back in their warehouse.
So they have my $100. I don't have my dogs pills. Had to go buy the pills elsewhere. I have to wait months to get my money back and I have to keep calling them.
Take your business elsewhere, where the company puts their customers first!
I like the ease in ordering, and also liked the original pricing... but am disappointed in how the price of the same item goes up every time I order. And is now 50% more expensive than a few months ago. It is still slightly cheaper than from the Vet, but not to the same degree.
My dog has Cushing's Disease and she will be on medication the rest of her life. Allivet makes the medication affordable for me and give my dog the best years she has left. I'm so grateful to have found this website.
I have a 15-year old cat that suddenly started losing weight. After having blood work done it was determined her thyroid was off and needed medication to keep living. After getting her pills from Allivet, today the vet determined that her thyroid is back to normal and she is doing good.
