Smooth experience this time bc it was on line order w no hiccups. I use them bc 1) prices are good and 2) proximity. I live in south florida, and allivet is located in south florida as well. One of the meds i order cannot be left in the heat for long periods of time, so i typically receive it in a few days. In addition, in the past communication is poor when there is a problem w an order. Often takes several calls to resolve issue. Also, coupon codes often do not go thru and requires phone call to resolve, if they make the adjustment. Despite this, prices are good, so i just deal with it, but it shouldn't be that way.
The shipping time takes a little longer than I anticipated but now that I have ordered several times I allow for that. Prices are good.
Product ships quickly and always arrives on time. I am happy with the entire process of ordering from Allivet!

I've had good experience with Allivet. My dog's medicine is more affordable and is sent on a timely manner.
I ordered vaccines, it took 10 days for them to ship them. They were supposed to arrive overnight and arrived 2 days later. Warm! So I had to call and complain, they said they would resend the vaccines the next day and now 3 days later they still have not shipped and I have to wait as they can not ship over the weekend. So I am 3 weeks into waiting for vaccines! I will never buy from them again.

They sent me the wrong Prescription medicine for my dog. The bill was $203.00 and they won't take it back because it is a prescription med. Now I am just out of the money.
