I did not have issues ordering from this company. They keep me informed on when my order was expected to ship, when it shipped and an email confirmation that it was delivered.

I shop at Allivet for the most economical medication prices for my pets. However, I find their website often confusing to use and customer service is at best just average.

First ordered was taken to long I had to call customer service to find out that the order may have got lost. Reorder was initiated and arrive within 5 days. My dog was late in taken his meds for the month but seems to be find.

Shipped dog meds fast. Reliable! Recommend Allivet for prescription meds. Much cheaper than chain stores.

Took ownership of order issues and went above and beyond to rectify problems when shipping service mis-delivered the package. Sent the dog's medication overnight even though it was not Allivet's faulty or responsibility.
