I had never used a mail order to fill my dogs prescriptions--so I had no idea about what I needed to do. The Customer Service Rep that I had was VERY helpful, courteous and polite. He led me thru the process (VERY EASY - BY THE WAY) and totally took care of it for me. As soon as my Vet came in, he responded and my order was there almost as if by magic!
