I am finding the prices at Allivet to be about half of what my vet charges and I don't have to drive there and pick up my dogs' meds. The free shipping with qualifying purchase seals the deal.

They don't tell you a lot of stuff about your order. Their website is painfully slow and you have to enter things multiple times. Then, the free shipping takes 3 times longer than usual to receive... :/
Good prices, easy ordering. Will use again. They contacted my vet and reordering in the future will be so much easier. Will likely look for other products I use for my dogs and use Allivet.
I really think reviews should be once the product is delivered timely. I've done reviews prior to getting orders from other companies in the past and declared it excellent when it was short of that. Send me another review after item is delivered. Thank you.
Allivet has THE best prices anywhere. Easy to open an account and develop a customer profile. Super customer service, very efficient in following up with my Vet for Rx. Very fast shipping with reasonable rates. Reorder feature is very nice to have.

I submitted an order to Allivet including all of my current Vet information and my current pet information. I continuously received emails saying that my vet did not respond. Everytime I got an email I checked in with my Vet. My Vets office is very organized. The office did not receive any inquiries from Allivet. So get this, Allivet says their system picked up my orders from years ago, different dog, different vet because I used the same credit card I used years ago in a different state! When I called Allivet their representative told me that Allivet has tried to call me several times. I have one cell phone, nobody answers it but me. I follow through on all missed calls and all voicemail. They did not try to call me. The representative was not rude but just kept insisting that I did not give them new vet information. I printed out my order for verification and I did give them the right information. He did not say he regretted that Allivets system picked up old information, did not apologize and had nothing to say about the fact their notes said they tried to call when they did not. I talked to a supervisor who did a better job but by that time I was done with them. Save your self time and actually get your order, buy from a different site

I have searched several sites and Alliviet is by far the cheapest and has a quick delivery. Im not sure why other people have issues I have always gotten my shipments inn a timely manner.
My doxie has skin allergies and needs MiconaHex Triz shampoo weekly. Allivet provides at a much better price than my vet office.

Always ship promptly and I've always been happy with the service. I love how easy it is to reorder prescriptions and that all the information is saved.
Was told I would receive an email when my order shipped. Nope! I've also noticed that there were MULTIPLE fake positive reviews posted after I made my complaint. So bad business, fraudulent business practices and they post fake positive reviews about themselves to trick people into buying from them.
Allivet's pharmacy is not open on weekends, despite paying for 2nd Day Business Air service. Once they receive approval (which took me 6 calls to their business), it takes another 24-48 hours for them to process and ship your order. Their pharmacy closes at 5pm ET even though their site says they are open till 7pm ET. So, after paying almost 50 dollars for 2nd day air on a Thursday, Allivet tells me my order won't go out till Wed or Thurs of the following week. How does that mesh with their shipping page or the copy on the receipt, or their published "open hours" - Do not order from them if something is time sensitive. -- I will never order from them again.
First order arrived quickly and was badly needed because I had moved 1,000 miles away from the prescribing vet. Reorder took only 5 minutes and saved me a trip to the new vet.
This is super easy for my 3 dogs. Two old Chi's and a young beagle. Always a coupon available and best price! Dogs are expensive guys!
