I've been purchasing from Allivet for a couple of years now and find their pricing to be competitive to other big name sites, even when coupons are factored into other sites. Ordering is easy and Allivet will contact my vet's office to confirm prescriptions instead of me scanning and sending a written RX. Processing and shipping is reasonably quick during business days, which is great since we have tendency to wait until the last minute to order refills!

Allivet is so easy to use for obtaining medications for our dog Charlie. He is old and needs his meds daily. With Allivet, the cost is much more affordable than getting them from our vet!
My 11 year old chihuahua was diagnosed with tracheal collapse. Shes on a very expensive medication and Allivet is the most affordable place I can get it at. They communicate with your vet so its a breeze. I would say the only negative thing I experienced was the shipping which takes a long time if you use standard but you can upgrade it for a fee.

While Allivet does follow up on your order you need to prepay and then follow up to get Vet approval for the order. Need to preplan for when you need the prescription.

Great prices with quick shipping. I've never had the problems that others do, but I've also never attempted to call customer service.
Prices are good, but when the vet needs to okay a prescription, Allivet sends repeated requests to me stating that the request from Allivet has been sent to the vet and Allivet is awaiting a reply. The reply from the vet is immediately given, however Allivet's auto response doesn't communicate with its fax machine. So this lack of communication is not good, and frankly, quite annoying. I'm hoping Allivet will clear this communication between the auto response and the fax communication to the vet quickly.

The order went through just fine! I have been reordering for several months. It is always simple to reorder. Price was going up but is now back down,
I like that they contact the vet directly. Unfortunately, there have been times that I receive emails stating that they haven't heard back from my vet. I will then call my vet and they will say that they sent the script back to them and give me the dates. This has happened 2 separate times. Other than that, I get to save money monthly from ordering from Allivet.
