I have ordered several things from Allivet and they. Deliver on time every time. However I do not know why I have to enter 100 characters.
Have bought three prescriptions for my pet through Allivet because pricing was better than other sites and cheaper than buying from vet. UNTIL the auto-ship began... prices and shipping/handling both increased significantly without any notice from Allivet. They just charged my credit card with no notice of increase. When I called and tried to cancel the order they were filling (after using suspend on their website), I was (rudely) told that The only way I could get a refund was to refuse the already mailed package arrived. Buyer beware!
I ordered a bottle of insulin for my cat. (This was my first time ordering pet meds from an online source.) They sent me notifications that the insulin had shipped and even provided an expected delivery date. However, when it didn't arrive I called the delivery carrier and provided the tracking number and they indicated the package was not in their possession whatsoever! I called Allivet and spoke to multiple reps all of whom lied and said it had shipped despite the fact I told them the carrier confirmed the label had been generated but the package was not in their possession.
Allivet wouldn't do anything and told me to call back the next day if it wasn't delivered (again despite the fact it is impossible for a carrier to deliver something Allivet had not transferred to them). I did call the next day when it was not delivered and they sent another order out without charging me again.
I did get the package within a day, however the insulin was poorly packaged. I was out of insulin for my cat so still tried it. After 2 doses my cat was sick and his symptoms returned that he had prior to being diagnosed. I took the bottle to my vet and he verified the insulin was compromised because it had not been securely packed and bounced around freely in the box during shipping therefore destroying the crystals that make insulin work.
It was a waste of 100 bucks and I still had to buy a new bottle at the vet. Once I started the new bottle of insulin from my vet, my cat improved dramatically.
They may do fine with medications such as pills or ointments but I strongly advise not to buy delicate insulin from them!
I will never order from Allivet again since they lied over and over about the first order shipping when it had not and then they poorly packaged delicate insulin and it was useless to me.
I love the product it works not problems so far I been using it for almost 6 months. Its drys quick too.
I left a question about heart worm medication and it was never answered. So I called my vet and got the answer. Other than that, I've had no problems and love this site for all my pets Rx needs!

Ordered Zycortal had it shipped overnight was told it would come in ice, the storage temp. Is 59-86 arrived without ice pack came off truck very HOT its currently 95 outside. Called them again, this time was told it's not a cold shipment. That's not what my vet says I will go back to VALLEY VET they ship it with ice packs. NEVER AGAIN! THIS MED WAS TO HOT
