It's so much cheaper than at the vets. I'm glad the my vets suggested this site, otherwise I would never know it existed.
I've owned dogs for over 20 years. Some have been healthier than others, but they have all needed Rx at some point in their lives. Allivet always contacts our vet for Rx approval, saving me yet another call to the vet. Orders arrive shortly and my order is always right! Thanks Allivet!
I purchased Albon per my Vets recommendation. I have been disappointed by Allivet's customer service now and in the past. The pharmacists do not work on Sat. To dispense our animal families much-needed prescription medication. It takes way too long to get the meds out of the building and into the mail. When I had customer service call the pharmacist for assist he had an uncaring response. How sad... I do not recommend Allivet. In this day and age customer service is so very important. It is much more important than the price for my fur-family.

We have two high maintenance hunting dogs, Gordon Setters. Allivet is our one stop shop for prescriptions, supplements, etc.
I never realized how much my Vet was ripping me off for my dog meds until I found Allivet. 1 of my Maltese has congestive heart failure and Allivet has made if affordable for me to give Phoenix the care he deserves at a very affordable price. About 60 to 70% less than what the vet had been charging me. Thanks Allivet!
Website would not accept correct CCexpiration dates on card previously used several times and saved to the site. Put in new CC info and it was immediately lost! On the fith try I was able to get my order placed. The good news is I saved over $90 on Petco price
Good experience with Allivet until this last order. The order required a prescription. I send a picture of the prescription over a week ago, and was told Allivet needs the original. So, last Thursday, Aug. 2, I mailed it. You finally got it today, Aug. 10. I can't believe it took so long. Now, we have to wait another week for the order of items our 18-year old cat desperately needs now. I just ordered Denamarin, one the items she needs, paid the extra $22 overnight, so we can get that tomorrow, hopefully. I feel all you guys had to do was look up the picture, call the vet phone number on it, and confirm it was authentic last week, and could be receiving our order now. Very disappointed.
Allivet does a excellent job of taking care of my dogs meds. The orders are filled promptly and arrive in excellent condition.

After setting the system up initially - which could be made slightly easier but is ok once you get the hang of it - it works great. Just by way of comparison, one of my little dogs is epileptic. The local Walgreens charged over $85 and here I am getting a bigger bottle for only $24.99!

This was the most difficult and frustrating experience I have ever had trying to order over the Internet.
You tell me what you think, here's the chronology:
#1 My wife orders the prescription, receives an order # and a note to send the Vet's original prescription
#2 I send the prescription via USPS, with the order #. Same address and last name for my wife and I.
#3 Two weeks later, when my wife inquires, they tell her they cannot send the prescription, then proceed to make two different excuses for their incompetence.
#4 We go back to the Vet and buy the prescription, our Pet Coco is a member of this family, we're sorry we ever heard of these morons.
Allivet is always reliable for good service, good products and good prices. Sometimes they track my dogs' needs better than I do! Love Allivet!
Received vaccine from Allivet shipped over nite. Ambient temperature inside shipping box was at 78 degF. Vials were rolling around loose and ice packs were completely melted and at 73 degF. Vials at 77 degF. Very poorly packed... you would think an experienced company would know better, Shipment of vaccine was well over acceptable temperature and vaccine no longer any good. Contacted customer service to express my concerns and they were no help with a don't give a hoot attitude. Lost my money and time... Allivet lost their reputation and my respect. Sourced out another company with better shipping methods and guaranteed delivery or my money back. The Allivet logo states they are a trusted company and you can certainly trust them to take your money.
This is my first order and I need my dog's medicine ASAP she is out. I do not want to lose my Panda. I have been worried for days over her not having her medicine. Panda is all I have in life to love and be loved by her unconditionally. At the end of the day my comfort is having her beside me as we both go to sleep.
I had searched many sights for specific eye lubricant for my Shih Tzu and Allivet had it in different sizes and the best price.
Shipping seems to take forever, but at these prices; it really wins as my go to for supplies.
I have two diabetic friends who are on Prozinc. Best price around and even with the expensive shipping, because it has to be kept cold, they are cheaper than any other option. Always great to work with and easy to purchase.
