Allivet had to contact my vet 8 times for the authorization to fill my order. I appreciate their efforts. This will be where i buy my pet meds for now on.
After placing my order, I had to keep following up on shipment only to find out they were out of the medicine I needed for my dog. Had I not called I would not have known that. I was told it would be in the end of the week and they did say they would expedite shipment at no charge. However, it still never came. I finally received a call for customer service saying it did not come in and did I want the generic. I feel Customer Service should have kept me up to date and I not need to call them. My dog went without medication for a few days as a consequence which was worrisome for me as she is very old and in pain.
We will definitely buy this again. It was recommended by our vet and we plan on making this part of our dog's routine!

Then Allivet tried contacting the vet. I called my vet. They not only faxed the vet. But also called allivet pharmacy.
Yet I received another email that allivet was making a third attempt. Seems like no one coordinates..
