The prices for the medicines for noise anxiety (Sileo gel), heartworm (tri-heart), and flea and tick (Simparica) are cheaper than the vet's office and other online pharmacies. For someone with a huge dog, medicine is still expensive, but every little bit helps. Shipping takes a while - about 10 business days - but tracking is provided and there are occasional coupons for free shipping and/or other discounts. I haven't had any issues that have required contacting customer service.
They keep all of my orders on file so I can just check back in and re-orded what I need. Very easy and considerably less expensive than the vets office. Super quick ship!

I like that they are so friendly and I get what I need quickly, prices are cheaper also, I personally have had no problems, I order my Sammy's pills, because I can get them cheaper, they come in an RX bottle with directions, and I'm not sure but I think there may be a expiration date also, bottle has child safe lid.
