I've ordered from Allivet regularly for over a year now. I have a senior dog with Cushing's Disease on Vetoryl. It's much less expensive at Allivet than at my vet's office. Allivet obtains the prescription from my vet, reminds me of refills, and will even set up automatic shipment with a discount. I'm very pleased. I also get my dog and cat flea meds from them and monthly heartworm medication.

The shipping cost was $30 to ship a $60 item. The item did have to be cold shipped but other sites had shipping for $20 or less. I did not realize this or I wouldve ordered from someone else. Called customer service And spoke with Jason who sad or like he was in a call center from Another country. Very very very unhelpful

I always get great deals, prompt service, and quick delivery. If there is any problem with what I have ordered, they resolve it immediately!

Great place to get canine meds. Web site is easy to use for reorders. I just recently started getting my reconcile from Allivet. The price is much more reasonable than other sites I have looked at. The quality of the drug is certainly helping my pet.

I have been receiving my dog's medication from Allivet for about 6-9 months now. It is always efficient, on time, and Allivet has been so easy to work with. The price was a little better for the product that some other places I looked at and since this is long term I needed a lower price. It has been a good feeling being able to count on receiving my dog's med in a timely manner every month.

Like many of the other reviews, my experience with Allivet has mostly been somewhat negative... poor order handling and follow-up, many mistakes, slow delivery. The ONLY thing that kept me trying with them is their prices. They ARE the lowest on most prescription items that I have found. My most recent order went off without a hitch, so I'll continue as a customer.

First and last time doing business with Allivet. Poor communication, many mistakes, poor customer service. They deleted orders in error; kept me on hold in excess of 15 minutes at a time. I won't make THIS mistake again.

I had been tempted to order heartworm pills from other sites, but the hassle of getting it approved by my vet always hung the deal up. I tried it at Allivet and the vet approved it the same day and I got my shipment a couple of days later. I'm going to order for my other dogs now.
