Price was 35% lower than vet, great job after inital delay. Each months pills have arrived on time with no hassles. Would recomend them to others with long term issues or maintenance drugs

I originally signed up for eye drops for my dog who had cataract surgery. My order qualified for free shipping at the time. But since then, items have been on backorder and I only received one tiny tube smaller than the size of an adult pinkie of eye ointment. The charge was $6.95 for shipping! I will discontinue any future orders.

Ordered several items requiring vet approval. Allivet contacted our vet, got the okay, and shipped the meds for our two dogs quickly. And they're the only ones carrying the products we want.

Poor communication. Due to their lack of communications within Allivet, my pet's medication was going to be late. Allivet assured me due to their internal issues they would be sending the medication over night for free. Even though the instructions stated over night, it was shipped regular 5-10 days. My pet is getting sicker.
