We have been using Allivet to purchase insulin for our cat Tazzy. Ordering is so easy and they've always shipped the next day. Their customer service is very friendly and knowledgeable. We rely on them for every reorder and they come through every time. We love Allivet!

My dogs medication did not come when promised. I could not track it with the tracking number they sent me. I called to ask where his medicine was (and is because I still do NOT have it) and was told repeatedly that it was free 5 to 10 day shipping. I finally asked the rep. For a supervisor and she told me the same thing, over and over. I asked if she though I didn't understand what she was saying to me as she kept repeating it. I received no information regarding my dogs medicine and ended up cancelling my service with them. Then, the supervisor asked me if she had answered all my questions and was I satisfied with the call. I can type here what the rest of the conversation was. They are more concerned with telling me the shipping was free rather than the well being of my dog. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.
It was very easy to order my dog's prescription from Allivet, and the cost was much less than what I could get through my vet. I was surprised and delighted at how quickly my order arrived. I will definitely keep using Allivet Pharmacy.
Best price and my pups eat them up every month! Murphy is a 90# Lab/Newfoundland mix and MaGoo is an 80# Lab/Coon/Terrier mix.

Best prices around for the prescription horse products I order. Shipping via USPS is slow. Wish AlliVet would use UPS. Also, coming from Florida, sometimes products are not packaged well when being shipped to areas with freezing temperatures. Wish destination temperature would be taken into consideration when packaged & shipped out from AlliVet.

Every time we have ordered, the order has been correct and delivered in a timely manner. When my vet was not responding to requests for my dogs prescription, the representive called me to let me know this was the case. She then called to let me know when the vet finally sent in the prescription. She went up and above.
