They always contact my Bet for me, as my Yorkie takes a prescription med for his diverticulitis. They are so easy and nice to do business with. I highly recommend thrm.
I was paying $70 at the vet for anxiety meds for my Saint Bernard, I now order it from a Allivet for $55. And I get it in 2-3 days.
Their customer service has been great and always helpful. Ships quickly and usually is sooner then expected. They also have the best prices for my dogs meds.
I have been using Allivet off and on for a year or two now and I have generally been happy with the experience. The prices are usually very good for the market, and the turn around on most orders is good. I cannot give 5 stars because there have been a few times where I attempted to refill a prescription that had refills and I was told they were waiting to ship because they couldn't reach my vet. Obviously, if I have refills, you don't need to reach my vet. When I didn't have refills they would contact my vet for me, but there always seemed to be issues with that as well. I will let this slide because I don't know whether it was an issue with Allivet or whether my vet's office was being non-responsive. Overall, great service, but not the only game in town, so I often shop around depending on my needs at the moment.
Ive ordered my dogs medication through Allivet multiple times and it has always been a good experience. It is shipped and arrives quickly.

My dog has seizures and I order my meds for him from the websites. I dont have to deal with scripts from my doctor as the Allivet will contact them directly and obtain the script and let me know once they have it. It makes getting his meds very easy and simple!

Let me start by saying, I don't think it is possible to give the zero or negative review! I have worked with the on multiple orders. They do have good prices, which is why I used them. However, today I just experienced a second "error" that puts my 4 year old Golden Retreiver at RISK. We were supposed to be on an auto ship, and apparently when I called they said there was a problem with your credit card (I had to change card numbers due to fraud, probably from this poorly run establishment!) and they NEVER EVEN TRIED to advise me. In stead they just totally dropped the ball. Fortunately, I called and got this fixed, or so I thought. Another 2 weeks go by and no meds! I just called them and got some BS excuse about that this was clearly their fault. Meantime, my dogs life is at risk. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, EVER and would suggest that you STONGLY EVALUATE if your pets life is worth saving a couple of bucks. I can tell you, mine is not. GOOD BYE AND GOOD RIDDANCE Allivet!
Have had flea free dog with Bravecto. Great price on Allivet site. Free shipping with order over $49. They call the vet for you. Great service.
I read some of the negative reviews and have to disagree. The first time I ordered my shipment got lost in the mail. I notified Allivet and they immediately sent me out another shipment. Their website is easy enough to use and they do all the legwork when it comes to contacting your vet to verify your prescription. Best part is I save $20 on my dogs prescription.
I like the prices. A little hard to use my phone for this order; checkout was taking forever until I went on my laptop.
First order so we will have to see how things progress. Really think AutoShip is a great way to get medications for my tribe. Pleased so far. I have read in other reviews of price increases in the autoships, so I will be watching to see what transpires.
The price increase is outrageous and will end up losing lives instead of saving lives. I bought 90 itraconazole that cost me $188, but now to order 89 it will cost me $270.
I ordered from Allivet for my dog and set up an auto ship so I could get a 5% discount. When it was time to order the second time I went to the web to check prices with competitors. There price was within a few cents of another site and I had an account set up do I went to my auto ship changed the date to current date so it would ship. The price was $32.79 for one bottle. I expected to pay $31.15 with 5% discount. I was charged $36.09 then discounted to $34.19. It may not be a lot of money but its dishonest to have one price on your web site and then charge your auto ship customer more! I checked current price on there web site. $32.79 so I called. They would not adjust. They said I had to pay the 36.09. I think its bad business to lear someone in, offer them a discount and then charge more. I won't order from them again. Will look for someone more honest
Great customer experience with the knowledge to get it every time. Delivery method could use review, but autoship is always on time to prevent us running out.
