You constantly send emails claiming "Get the lowest price guaranteed" but that is only for the very first purchase. After that the price goes up and is no longer the lowest price that I can find on the web. That is false advertising. If I didn't have to go through the process of getting a new R/x from my vet and then sending it in to one of your competitors, I would not continue to purchase my pet's meds from Allivet.

I am a newer customer, and so far I have been happy with the ease of ordering, the auto-ship feature, and the prices are definitely cheaper than at the vet. I did receive an email that my first auto-ship order was on hold due to a problem with my credit card. I re-entered my info, and so far, so good.

My first order was pretty slow. There seemed to be a delay with the prescription going through. However, my second order went through very quickly. Their prices are significantly cheaper than my vet so I'll be ordering from them in the future.
