I needed 4 network modules so that I could do some upgrades within my network. Two weeks later, I still didn't have them, so I reached out to ALLHDD.com. They said "They're shipping today and you'll get the tracking info tomorrow." Well, tomorrow is now today, and I don't have tracking information. I reached out and again was again told "You will have shipping information tomorrow". I told them I wanted it today or I would begin to leave negative reviews since I had waited two weeks and was never told there would be a delay. They said if I wrote a negative review, they would cancel my order (and they did). This is possibly the worst customer service anyone could provide. Chat transcript is below.
I ordered parts from AllHDD twice for the same thing. Neither time it worked. The first time my credit card didn't go through, the second time, I confirmed. My package was supposed to ship this week, it did not. And I can not get Steven Parker to write me back. Worst customer service I have ever delt with, short of one company that sent me the wrong product and refused to refund me or swap it out. It really is a shame. I hate to cross anyone off my ok company list, but allhdd won't be getting anymore of my business.
Ultra professional. Very knowledgeable and very thorough. I have the utmost confidence in allhdd.com, I would not hesitate to use again. Its been around 5 years with them and always delivers as promised.
Ordered 10 drives on June 6th 2023 that were in stock and paid for the 2 day shipping. Still waiting on items to ship, customer service over the phone never picks up and if you leave a message they never call back. The only way I am able to get a hold of anyone is using their chat feature on their website. They were unable to provide me with an ETA for shipment. So I decided to cancel my order, Still not canceled and it is currently June 6th 2023. I ping the chat everyday asking for it to be canceled and they assure me that it will be canceled end of day. Every morning I check again and it still not canceled. 15 days and still counting. Lets see what day 16 brings us.
... unless you understand what you are getting. I just purchased two SSD's that were new, bulk pack thinking that they were just open box or something like that, but also thinking they were new. They are anything but. When I installed them, I saw that the manufacture date was 5 years ago, and they only had 90% of their useful life left, which meant that they had been used quite a bit. When I called and asked them about it, they admitted they were not knew, but told me that, if I wanted to return them, they were going to charge me a 30% restocking fee, which would have amounted to about $300 per SSD (just to accept an already used item back into their stock). Ridiculous!
I have used one before will good results This is the first time one drive was DOA and I had to return. It has been over a month since I started the process. I have proof of delivery that they have received the drive, back 28 days ago. I have opened a ticket, chatted and called several times. Today after not updates from the company, they tell me the they need to wait for a response from the returns department. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he is on vacation for the next two weeks. I then ask to speak with this supervisor's manager, but he does not speak to customers.
I would not recommend that you purchase anything from this company that you many need any support for. Their post sales support is dismal. I am sadden to see a historically good vendor perform so poorly at after sales support. It is a shame.
If you like saving a few bucks getting used items sold as new this is the place for you. They will also take your money only to have you fight to get it back when they never shipped anything. Total SCAMMERS
NO call back offered when leave message or have questions regarding products, leave you with no replies on chat either. Trend with vendor, make purchase, they cancel your purchase stating the product test failed though they still have inventory in stock to ship for purchase. Then they raise the price of the product after telling you that the new inventory is better quality than the last so that was the reason for the cost increase. Still refuse to sell you product at the previous price even though they were never out of inventory but noticed someone wants to purchase the product so they try to charge you more while refusing to sell the product at the original purchased price. What a scam!
Customer service is ok when you are shopping. Once you purchase - look out! They sent me drives that had the incorrect trays on them. We needed to add storage immediately so we didn't have time to mess around. I found another vendor who overnighted the correct drives to me and it was handled. Now, ALLHDD is giving me the run around on returning the drives that didn't fit. It's been a week and they are still dragging the process. I just want a RMA number so I can return them. They won't do that.
I went to the allhdd site and logged in, and then looked for previous purchases. I found what I had ordered before and got the part number, and then submitted the same part number for the re-order. The destination address was already there since I had ordered before, and all I had to do was select the destination and the method of payment. Checkout is a breeze.
I'd really give them ZERO stars but that isn't an option, we are forced to give one. They took an order charged our credit card and never shipped the items that were allegedly "in stock". Items never shipped. Called after the fourth day only to be told twice they are shipping today. Never happened. With impunity on the eighth day they told me they do not have the equipment to fill the order just go ahead and cancel.
These guys are TERRIBLE. ALLHDD = ALLBAD
I purchased from them, they sent the parts, the parts were wrong - I returned the parts after working with their returns group - they stopped responding to me completely. No acknowledgement, no refund - nothing - so now I am out over $3k, they took my money and ran! I will post on every review site to spread the word! Don't buy from them!
DO NOT ORDER with this vendor, they lie about product availability. Placed an order on March 23 and been making a follow up since then because there was no tracking number appearing in their website nor our email. Was told it would be shipped latest on 03/26.
Made 2 follow ups today 03/30, first one they said that in charge of the shipping was at lunch, second call they say they need to CANCEL. In the email they mentioned they cancelled it due to my request.

Really a good place for server and networking goods. What amazed me the most is their prices. Some of them seemed too low to be true but when i confirmed the order after getting reassured about the prices i was very happy to get the items at the prices mentioned in their site. I must say the customer service was efficient till end. Would love to consider this place as first choice next time.
I purchased some items from allhdd.com it show in stock since one month and no one answer. When i write customer service from website they close connection. This website is scam.
I placed an order and 2 days later got asked to verify a "small charge under $3 placed on your card" only to find out they never sent the charge and i had to have them re-send it. Then 7 days later i got a email confirmation telling me my order has been canceled... So i called in and the person i spoke to didn't even know who his manager is... WTF This place is a joke!
I have always found ALLHDD to have very competitive prices and a very good selection and in the past have purchased mainly storage and networking related products from them and for this I would recommend them to a friend.
I placed an order for 8 x 'Seagate ST*******NM000E Exos X22 22TB 7.2K RPM SAS-12GBPS New' at $250 a piece. Even though it's in stock they are saying it's not in stock and have jacked up the price to $395 a piece. They would not honor the original price. Be careful and avoid this website.
"I ordered a HDD from them. 17 days later they email me telling me that my item was out of stock! 17 Days to figure that out? Not to mention the numerous inquiries I sent them about my order and they NEVER replied. Was it a coincidence that our Credit Card was fraudulently used during this time period?
