In July 2025, I ordered two EDR2RXD1 filters (I have the order which clearly shows the correct filter model number), but you shipped me two EDRARXD1 filters instead. When I called and spoke with Franz, I was told to ship the filters back and I had to pay $11.95 to USPS for the shipping. This was your error and you should reimburse me for the shipping cost.
Have what I need very help full if you don't see what you need plus they will send a reminder email that your filter is do to change it. Very nice people to work with.
