Ordered a filter for my refrigerator from All Filters easy to navigate website. When I had a problem with delivery from FedEx, customer service representative, Maecee (from All Filters), said she would check with FedEx and see what was happening. I received the filter shortly after our call. Maecee was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would order from All Filters again.
I ordered a water filter for my refrigerator and when it arrived I discovered it was not the right filter. I wrote an email to the company and was surprised to receive an almost immediate reply from Maecee, who 1) provided a full refund w/o having to return the filter, and gave me the correct filter number and web page.

After I explained the reason she said she will refund the money to my account and I don't need to return the filter. It's not expensive. But that's the best return policy I have ever seen.
We ordered 2 pool filters, and they were delivered damaged. I sent an email to explain about it, and was told to send photos, which I did. I was told that I would receive a refund for the product. I was so amazed that I think I talked to everyone I ran into about it. She is a jewel, and All Filters is so blessed to have her working for them.
It is still my opinion that the return policy is inferior, but I did finally get the custom filters I ordered. (It took 2 weeks of sending photos and emails to prove they made an error and sent me the wrong items.) I am happy with the filters I received and feel they are good quality in relation to their price.
Ordered from this site 4-5 times and thought I had found an A+ company. I recently placed another order and they sent me the wrong item. I have learned the return policy is beyond ridiculous. They act like I made the error. I have had to send several photos over a week long period of email and phone correspondence. Their photo requests are inconvenient and time consuming. Now we are a week later and I still dont have the filters I paid for ($216 worth) and the 'return' is still in review. The manager I spoke to (Jay Sereno) was not helpful and offered no compensation for the delay of my shipment or the time I have spent trying to get my ordered filters. When I pressed him for partial refund, I was told I could get a discount coupon for a future order. Nope, dealing with this company is a gamble I wont take again.

Placed my order on the 16th. Was told the 22nd. Then the 23rd now allegedly the 25th. Was told the order was coming out of Salt Lake City. Nope other side of the country in South Carolina. I'm sure that has to do with the delay. Ordered from somewhere else and got them in 2 days. Told them I would be turning them and said I couldn't cause they are special order. I ordered a couple of filters that were supposedly an off brand replacement for Water Pur KW1 filters. Allfilters was very cooperative to issue a refund as apparently the off brand company mis-advertised them to replace KW1 filters. Great people to deal with, especially Maecee.
I ordered 6 air filters from this company. I received a box that was clearly damaged and all of the filters were damaged (very bent). The customer service rep tried to tell me that being bent was just aesthetic and would not affect the performance. This is not what I was told by AC technician. I sent several e-mail and pictures only to be asked if I would be willing to pay 50% for the damaged goods. I said absolutely not and never heard from them after that. I wanted a refund and return label to send back and they never responded. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It's a scam. I've contacted credit card company to dispute this charge and hopefully will get some results. I can't believe a company like this is allowed to stay open!
Ordered 24 of the P5-478 filters and they came in just fine. Just what I ordered and in good packing.

Ordered 8 whole house water filters for a value of $150 to keep the house stocked up. They sent a size that was too large but I didn't notice right away because I didn't actually need to replace the filter for a bit. When I finally needed to replace one I noticed they were a little too big. Every filter is still perfectly new and in its original packaging. Because we were a week beyond their "30 day return window" there is nothing they can do for us. We are stuck with these filters that are useless to us without any compensation whatsoever. All I wanted was to swap them with the correct size filter and they won't even entertain that. Their customer service reps took a mocking tone when I even presented the idea of an even swap. The manager was no better. Never, never, never again.
Answer: Legitimate. I have ordered water filters from them and received the correct ones. I ordered air filters last week and they are to arrive tomorrow. I'll let you know if they are wrong but I expect they will be the right size.
