Ship wrong filters. Made me pay to ship back wrong product they shipped before returning my money. Cost me $ 40.00 to ship back there mistake. Terrible business, terrible business model. It cost me 40 bucks to do business with idiots.

Recently sent a filter that was tampered with. The filter box was taped with scotch tape, clearly open prior to being shipped. The filter had water in it and weird powder like substance on it. Contacted them multiple times, provided pictures, and requested a replacement to be sent. Customer service replies took nearly 6 days and was only offered a 10% discount on next purchase, no replacement. Highly disappointed by the entire service and recommended others look elsewhere.
I ordered filters for two furnaces. One was 1/2 inch larger on all dimensions and the other was 1/4 inch shorter in all dimensions. That second one fit. And they even said they make them slightly smaller to ensure the fit. I asked why they didn't do the same in the larger one and they said because it's thicker it has to be bigger. No. They said they have some small print on the website that says the sizes are bigger so they won't offer any refunds or exchanges. So I paid $60 for a filter that's too big for my furnace. Oh. And they were quick to offer to take a new order. No. Never.
BUYER BEWARE! I made a bad decision to try this company which is a huge rip off. Then I ordered the wrong size by half and inch to which I tried to cancel and they wouldn't. Now they won't exchange them. I am fighting it with my credit card company. They could easily exchange for the correct size. The filter is flimsy and very cheap looking compared to the ones I got at Ace.
I placed an order on October 25th for water filters used for my baking business. They were shipped to the incorrect address. I made multiple attempts to contact All Filters by phone, email, chat, and their "ticket" system. I received only one response via email on 11/3 that stated: For missing FedEx shipments, we ask that you first check around the property to see if the package was left. If after doing this, you cannot locate the package, please email us back. We will contact FedEx and request a tracer for your package. Marj B. I purchased a 20x20x5 air filter and when I compared it with the same size in my unit it was a very noticeable larger size. I contacted AllFilters for an exchange and all they would offer me is a 50% off my next purchase. No exchange! They also asked me to take a picture of the filter with a tape measure and you could clearly see the size difference
