Fake filters! Horrible customer service! No refunds! Led about shipping times and about their products!

They sent the wrong color of sheets. So I gave them a one-star review on a 3rd party site. I then got an email from the rep there saying that he (Tom) would not give me another bed sheet set unless I removed the negative comment. WELL, that is not only unethical but illegal and is called BLACKMAIL! Here is a transcript of the conversation via email below as proof:

Instead of receiving the SKU: QU-CLASSIC-BLUE we got kiwi color!
Seriously! This is NOT a good first impression! Please send the correct item along with a prepaid label for the incorrect item so it can be sent back at your cost, not mine since it's your mistake, thank you!

I'm sorry for the shipping error. I wish you would have contacted us before leaving such a negative review. As you can see, we are pretty quick to respond to emails. I would have just shipped you a replacement.

What do you mean "would have"? Aren't you going to send a replacement as per your statement on your website "we guarantee 100% satisfaction"? Tell you what, make this right and I'll take the negative review down. Ball is in your court...
