The last purchase that I tried to make from you was cancelled by you. I saw the book listed for sale and you accepted my order. Only a day or so later did I receive a message saying my order had been denied - without explanation and without compensation. This forced me to purchase from another site at a much higher price than you advertised.

Theres multiple screens and confirmations to place an order. But when i go back and add an item there is only one. Not only did you go through my paypal wothout my permission i also needed to see the order broken down so i pressed the confirm button assuming the next screen would show me, horrified it was already placed. Ive cancelled an order with you before and it was tedious. I like this website but it is set up to be predatory, tricking a person into ordering more, assuming access to their paypal, and making it hard to cancel
