I placed an order for my nephews & spent over $300 with them. Customer service was super friendly when i called in to check the status on my order. When my order arrived everything seemed to be very good & working perfectly fine. I called in to check for some battery recommendations & customer service AGAIN was SUPER FRIENDLY with me. Will be shopping with them again to place my new orders soon
Airsoft Megastore has good prices on some decent items. Meanwhile their customer service is great and efficient. They replied me immediately and repaired my broken gun without any charge. Will be likely to purchase from them again!
Well trusted online retailer who sells high quality brand new products at the lowest rates. Couldn't really be easier to reach their customer service.
Im so impressed by the good service of AMS so I just randomly look up how their review is. Honestly, it shocks me that so many customers gave them low rates. For my case, I think I got my best shopping experience here. Cannot find a reason to not buy my other airsoft gears from AMS. I am so happy I chose to purchase my new rifle here!
I bought my first gun a couple weeks before Christmas and it broke on the second time I used it. I then tried to return it in at after calling six times someone finally picked up the phone after 2 more days of waiting I finally received a RMA (the number you need in order to return). I then proceed to return it which cost me 24$ through FedEx and after waiting another 3 weeks I called again trying to figure out what was going on and why I Hadn't received a phone call. After waiting and waiting for their terrible customer service to pick up the phone they told me it was still be processed. Then a few days later I began getting mad so I called again multiple times and they told me that I had received a credit for the money the gun cost. So I asked for a refund but they told me it's a 25% restocking fee (how does that make sense that you send me a defective product then charge me after I pay to return it). So instead of just loosing my money I decided to buy a new gun more expensive and use the other guns credit to pay for some. After calling and emailing the company asking how I use my credit they finally answered the phone and told me I had to process my new order over the phone. I asked them if because of everything I went through I could recieve free shipping being I spend over 200 dollars on the new gun and I had already spend 15.95 on the first shiptment then 24.32 to return it. They told me they dont cover shipping. So after all this I am still waiting for my order to be processed and I won't even be getting my gun before I need it.
We bought a sniper rifle for my son from airsoftmegastore.com. It broke after roughly 100 shots. We tried calling their phone number several times and no one ever answered. Wrote to their tech support 12 days ago and have not received any response. Wrote to their customer service manager email and received an automated response that they would work on our request. 6 days have gone by without hearing from them. The website says they respond in 1-2 days. Not true...
Broke the day we got it. HORRIBLE if any customer service. They charge to restock the defective gun! They will gladly take your money though.
Ordered 1 Airsoft gun for Christmas and the website magically doubled our order--creating an order for 2 airsoft guns and 2 charges! Immediately realized issue and could not get a hold of customer service. Filed a dispute with credit card and then magically the 2nd order disappeared. We then received the gun... the box was rattling like crazy with loose BBs inside. We didn't even open the box--assuming it was a defective product--and made more attempts to contact customer service via phone and email... NOTHING! Made an additional dispute with credit card company to be relieved of this huge mistake. THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD. I am guessing 15 year olds are running this company... No disrespect to 15 year olds as they may do a better job than these clowns.
DON'T BUY HERE. The gun arrived pretty soon. It broke on its first use. We contacted Airsoft Megastore for the required return information, and sent the gun in for repair. We were given another order number, and a tracking number that was worthless. We've heard nothing for MONTHS. I've tried e-mails, and gotten no reply. I tried calling - they don't even answer the phone. They have the gun and kept the money. We have now contacted our credit card company to dispute the original charge (which I have never done before), and it appears we'll actually get our $140 back. Looking at other review sites, I've never seen ratings so low on any business and want to make sure as few people are hurt by this business's BAD behavior. My son has learned an important lesson - don't buy anything significant from web sites you don't know. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
One of the worst companies that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Their shipping is expensive and slow. It seemed like I was getting a good deal on an airsoft gun even with $16 in shipping costs. After two short weeks the gun showed up. The gun worked for an hour. So I went to the website to see what to do to return the gun. Thankfully my situation fell into the approximately 1% of reasons that you can return the gun (only for exact replacement). So I contact Customer support and wait some more. Then I contact them again and finally get the RMA#. I have to send the gun back for replacement, but guess who gets to pay the shipping charge for their faulty product? That's right, me. At least the $16 I had to pay got the gun there in 2 days... weird. After about another week they send an email saying that they don't have that gun anymore and I can only get store credit. So I get store credit for just the price of the gun. No original shipping cost, no second shipping cost, and nothing to cover the cost of shipping that would be incurred by using the store credit! I would understand if I was returning the gun because I changed my mind or if I didn't like it. They sent me a non-functional product. I would recommend not buying from this company and if you do, be sure to think about the complete lack of support or care that you will get from the company.
I ordered a JG ak47 and I got... a totally different gun? They even got my order correct on the paper they provided with the package, and yet they sent me something completely different. I tried to contact their customer service via email, but I got no response AT ALL except for an automated message. (The automated message even shows who gets assigned my complaint and there was no name in that spot) Horrible company and service... DO NOT order from Airsoft Megastore. Hopefully they can improve their horrendous service... Just order from another site... I didn't even try to call them because everyone else that tried was just put on hold or given a really REALLY bad deal.
Simply did not receive an item I paid for. 2 week outs, several emails and calls haven't gotten a response
Bought airsoft rifle for my teenager son's birthday in Nov. 2015, product was defective, sent back for repair, the "repaired" one we received over a month later was still not working. Returned the product in Jan 2016, so far still not received the partial refund! Called and emailed many times, not responsive. Worst purchase experience ever!
Hope nobody would waste money or time to buy from them any more.
So straight up screw airsoftmegastore bunch of cheap twats. Told me they won't rma/repair my gun because it has a sticker on it. Nowhere in their return policy does it say if there is a sticker on the gun they won't repair it. They told me at first that they didn't have any mosfets to replace the one that went bad 3 weeks after purchase and that they would remove the bad mosfet and ship it back to me... I'm like i could have done that myself and saved the 20 dollar shipping back to them... Besides that i paid for a gun with a mosfet, If i wanted it without the mosfet i could have bought it for cheaper without one. The customer service rep i talked to was a snide little twit that knew less about airsoft then an 80 year old grandma and was about as useful as tits on a boar. Bottom line, Don't waste your money ordering from these people unless you have so much cash to waste that you don't care if you get good quality gear
So, about 3 weeks ago I ordered a simple bdu from airsoftmegastore and about a week later I recieved my package only to find out that they didn't send the bdu top, only the pants. So the next day I sent an email about it (still never answered), called them (no answer), and the next day I finally called back and got an answer. The representative told me that they'd look in the warehouse and send out the top once they found it and it never came 2 weeks later. So of course I've called them again yesterday (no answer), and emailed them again (still no answers for either of my emails?!). Bottom line is that these guys need to get their $#*! together and need to communicate with their customers. Bottom line is don't purchase from them.
Omg this site is my new homepage I bought about $300.00 of AEGs + BBs and chest rig and got it in two days (I live in PA) and when I decided to return the rig I got a full refund. Love my gun, would buy from there again!
I have purchased over $2,500.00 from them and they WERE fine, even on returns but something has happened over the last 6 months. I still have a returned item that has yet to be replaced even though they keep telling me a replacement will arrive in "4 to 6 weeks" but that was several months ago.
This latest episode involves a new rifle that came in with a defective batter. I emailed them, got a response, followed their directions, emailed them the results and now cannot get any response to my emails. They do not even respond to requests on their facebook page.
What happened to you airsoftmegastore? You USED to be great but that has changed. I hope will make an effort to fix the problem because I miss the old you and will be forced to look elsewhere. Maybe Evike?
DO NOT BUY FROM Airsoft Megastore! I bought an air rifle for my son Christmas 2013 and it never worked. Before I even sent it back customer service said they would not honor the warranty because I used non-authorized pellets. The gun never even shot pellets! There were no pellets in the gun. When they received it they would not even replace it. The BBB said Airsoft Megastore never even responded to the complaint I filed. I am still waiting on results from the FTC and NC Attn General office. The website will not even allow reviews of products to be posted!
A while ago, I called their store asking about a popular airsoft shotgun they showed in their online catalog. The person on the phone told me that he had no clue as to what gun i was asking about. After about 20 mins of trying to get the teller to at least look at the gun, i finally directed him to their own site so he knew what i was talking about. He veiwed the gun and only told me exactly what was on the site. That is not what i wanted to know. I wanted to know if the gun was compatible with normal shells or took a magazine, (Which was not posted on the site) after about an hour of getting nowhere with the teller, who would not even go and ask another person for help after i requested it, i finally hung up. I then wrote an email regarding the incident, to which they forwarded me to their customer service, where i filled out a claim ticket. (basically take a number and wait.) to which, i got no where with.
After a little while i then saw they had made an Ad on their youtube channel, claiming "finest customer support" I wrote a professional comment, regarding my earlier incident with them, and noticed several comment were removed, and other comments talking about how their service is, well, garbage. Later, i got curious and look at the video again, noticing my comment was removed, along with every single comment which was against AirsoftMegastore.com that i saw earlier. So, I wrote another comment, still professional, asking why the comments were removed, just to get permanently banned from commenting on any of their videos. As you might be able to understand, I was frustrated and sent them yet, another email regarding this incident. To which, they told me to again, take a number.
AirsoftMegastore.com is, yes, cheap. That is the only good thing about them. However, they Lie over and over again about themselves, claiming to be the best, and cover up everything they can that clearly proves them wrong. And treat their customers badly. That is the worst kind of business out there.
For the sake of many many people, do not do business with them.
Guns are crap, will break within hours of use. READ THEIR RETURN POLICY. They will screw you over. It cost me $ to do business with this store. My total order was over $240 and I got $150 in refund. (plus I had to pay for the shipping to return the piece of garbage gun) Even though I complained, the little girl at the end of the phone was saying over and over,, "that is our policy, that was clearly stated."... I will never buy from this store again, and will tell anyone who wants to know that AIRSOFT MEGASTORE SUCKS!
