SCAM ALERT!

AVOID these scammers. I bought an eSim 300GB Europe for $30. Worked for 4 days and stopped working. I wrote to support, they are trying to convince me that I violated the rules and used data outside the EU (THEY ARE WRONG), they are only interested in our wasted money and are not at all interested in solving the problem. Bought the service while in a European country and used it all 4 days in the same country - Norway. What's worse is that they are trying to convince me of things that don't exist.

Scam

Scam. They take your money, provide no service and it's impossible to get a refund or anything.
I bought a esim. It failed to activate. I contacted support and the circus has started. Asking the same questions again and again, saying it's all my fault, etc. Finally they promised me a refund, it took 5 days of stupid games to get there. Several days later I'm asking where's it and everything going only worse - now they cannot find my email, my order, my transaction, etc.

Avoid at all costs

Have had the absolute worst experience with AirHub. First the QR codes (we got 4 in preparation for our trip to GB/EU) were invalid, then they said they would re-send straight away. Some hours later they arrived. By this time we were very sceptical about AirHub and, even if the QR code was valid, would they start working when we arrived? And, if as suspected they wouldn't, how would be able to contact "support" with no coverage? So we decided on a different provider and requested a refund from AirHub before we departed. It's been exactly one month today and many, many emails for them to continue stalling. The customer service is almost non-existent and their refusal to acknowledge the issues at hand. Terrible, terrible experience. Strongly recommend avoiding this eSim.

DO NOT BUY AIRHUB!

After travelling throughout the world for 6 months using e-sims from various companies, I can tell you my experience with airhub is the WORST by far. I had multiple data disruptions with no technical support, no solution, and no reimbursement. This service is unreliable and will leave you stranded with no data in the worst of circumstances. When contacting the customer service, they are incapable of helping and will simply copy paste instructions for an unrelated error code, without any critical thinking and understanding for the importance of good service. From lived experience, I can promise you that Airhub will leave you stranded with no data, scrambling to find wifi to connect with customer service, who will be completely useless and only further frustrate you. You will end up having to pay double for the eSIM as you will inevitably be forced to buy an eSIM from an other company and Airhub will never reimburse you despite not providing the service you paid for. I am writing this review for any person considering an eSIM purchase to avoid this altogether. Better luck buying literally any other eSIM competitor.

Dont by at Airhub!

We bought two E Sims here. Both stopped working after 7 days instead of 15 days.

The help desk is impassable and when they answer you get nonsensical solutions and have to provide your location.

But the problem is on their side. Both E Sims quit at the same time and cannot connect to the network.

But they don't come up with a solution

So don't buy here. Is a bad operating company

My 30 day unlimited plan stopped working within 2 days and the customer service is appalling. Avoid this company at all costs. They don't care at all and close complaint tickets without resolving. Biggest regret.

My daughter purchased an estimate from this mob and it did not work after 2 days of trying to get it sorted it was very apparent that the product did not work and the support people had no desire to fix it. Basically they take your money a provide no connection to any data and then provide no response to you request for assistance. Only use this company if you feel like donating money to a bunch of thieves. Having read their positive reviews it is apparent their customer service staff are writing these rather than assisting customers

Worse company ever, SCAM, FAKE, AVOID

Bought esim from them, set it up and the esim would not work, kept on switching between different signals. Opened tickets and no help and when came back to check the ticket it disappeared.

No help and money is gone.

Stick with reputable one thst charge a little more but definitely will work.

I ordered a esim card and data plan two weeks before my trip and received an email saying I'd receive a QR code to activate the esim on my device but the QR code never came.

I then decided to email them and got a very late reply. Four days of sending mails back and forth with late replies and a customer service that changes the person every other mail and asks the same questions again and again the esim still does not work.

So I had to buy a local SIM card that directly worked and asked for a refund. 3 days later and still no reply on any of my mails. I'm pretty sure I'll not see my money again.

This experience was beyond frustrating and very expensive. I'd definitely not recommend and more than that warn you that if it does not work for you from the start on you just wasted your money.

SCAM-

I bought an e-SIM for a trip to the Carribbean. After initially connecting the service would subsequently disconnect about 30 seconds later. It seems clear the Airhub has not actually arranged a service contract with the local carriers yes still charges customers. They also refused to give me a refund despite the fact that the Airhub e-SIM never worked. STAY AWAY!

I've already gone through the "finding a local sim card" awful experience several times! I won't even go into the legal issues that will arise if you try to revoke the contract (like I ended up paying additional fees although I was quite careful about the dates and the duration). Airhubapp looked like an ultimate solution to all those issues! Tried using it on my trip to the United States and I must say that they have an excellent service! Keep up with the good work!

First eSIM purchase

As a student visiting Germany for the first time, I was unsure how to get a local SIM card.
I researched e-sim and compared the apps that provide this service. Choose Airhubapp, as their plans cost less than the others. It's been 12 days since I purchased the unlimited plan for $46. So far, connectivity has been excellent.

Airhubapp has a well-designed interface that is easy to use, even for those who are new to the platform. For me this has been incredibly helpful as it is simple to navigate around the site and find the features you need with a good connectivity. I purchased the global plan for my USA trip at $18.
They also have a responsive customer support team that is available to answer questions and resolve issues quickly.

Website is completely unclear about activation, and customer service is no use. It felt like talking to a wall. They could have easily and affordably fixed the problem and had a repeat customer but instead they chose to say essentially "sounds like your problem" (it wasn't, it was their problem). Honestly shocked at how bad their support was. They're one step away from scammers.

Purchased an esim to use on a trip to the USA. It functioned for about 24 hours before it stopped working; was punted from AirHub support to T-Mobile support over three days before I gave up and bought a different SIM. Further, plans are very unclear - on purpose, they make it sound like you're buying a 15 days service but it's a "subscription". (seriously, who needs a monthly renewal on a 15-day plan?!)

And of course, cancelling this was a mess - we're up to eight emails back and forth with support and we're still getting "renewal reminders". Next stop, my credit card's fraud department.

The service (both overall and customer service) is excellent. We had no problems with setup; it was quick and easy, and when I needed to contact someone about doubts in repurchasing a particular plan for my UK trip, they were able to help quickly and efficiently. I strongly recommend using Airhubapp.

Esim issue
July 12, 2023

Esim issue

I applied for an esim and was delivered. I made one phone call after which the sim was blocked. I wasnt advised that calls from EU region were possible.

This is the email i received in response which was obviously false

"Unfortunately we were charged by 600 pounds for the misuse by the carrier and now will not be possible to remove the bar."

In respond to airhub I did not receive an email stating calls are blocked. Attached is email below
"
Dear Customer
Welcome to AirHub. We are delighted on your purchase of a New eSIM plan with us.

Here are your recent order details. You can scan the QR code and Activate your New Airhub eSIM.
ESIMs can only be installed once. Please do not delete/remove after the installation"

Avoid this company.

Scum - stay away

I bought an eSim for my 21 day vacation, it was a 30gb data plan. 4 days in my vacation and after using only 3.5gb the eSim stopped working out of nowhere. I sent an email to customer service, a message on their app and I tried to contact them any way possible. They take more than 24h hours sometimes 48 hours to answer back to their email. I even answered back to one of their emails 2 mins after they sent one to me and they took 24+ hours to answer back. After 5 days of waiting for them to fix the issue I had to buy another eSim from another company because I needed data to travel. They never figured out the issue and they never want to give me a refund. This was the worst customer service I ever experience! The eSim from AirHub didn't worked for the rest of the trip. NEVER BUY A eSIM FROM AIRHUB! This is a scam!
