In the end, I only got back 75% — which still doesn't make up for the time, inconvenience, and lack of service. This wasn't just a bad experience; it felt like I had to beg for fairness. A simple apology isn't enough when the service fails so badly. I'm warning others: don't waste your money here. There are better, more reliable options out there. I will be reporting this to consumer protection. Customers deserve better.
