I ordered a pair of shoes on Sept. 15,2020 and have yet to receive them or even an explanation! I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! I'm getting so tired of giving my good hard earn money to people that just scam you!

I ordered boots they came and immediately fell apart. Cheap materials. They used pictures that are not representative of what they sell then offered a silly 15%refund not including shipping. Do not purchase! Scam foreign company alert!

If I could pick a negative number for the rating I would. It's been months and I never got an order. Everytime ask for a refund the copy and paste my blood tracking number as if I didn't already see it. This store is horrible and the biggest scam out there. I hope they go out of business. They will get what's coming for them. I will report them and make bad reviews on all possible platforms. I hope their other fake sites go out of business too. This is bloody cruel and selfish. Can't even get a decent Christmas gift for my mum without getting scammed. Never shop here no matter what.

Don't buy anything from this site. Don't even think about it. It won't be worth the headache and waste of money and terrible service you will receive. They won't even look into your order they'll just say kindly wait or patiently give us more time to fill the order and then 5 months will go by and then they'll say they can't refund you

It's been 4 months and I still haven't gotten my order. Their emails are copy and pasted and I get the same response over and over again and they still refuse to refund me. Beware - DO NOT buy anything from this company.

They sent the wrong color and asked me to keep them. Then they said they would give me a 15% refund. And they told me I would have to pay to send them back to China. But it was their mistake, and they even admitted that! When they "generously" offered a 20% discount, they said "I hope you like it." I informed them that I submitted complaints to Facebook, PayPal, my credit card, and eConsumer.gov. I told them "I hope you like it!"

Awful! Ordered shoes in September and I have not received anything! No communication about the order - NOTHING! This must be a big ole scam! And I want my money back - NOW!

It took approximately 45 days to even get the shoes, however, the shoes are not an American size 9.
They are more like a size 10 and are far too big and loose on my foot therefore, I am not able to wear them. I asked the customer how do I go about getting the correct size. In June, they stated they were sending a replacement. Here we are in November. I have yet to receive the replacement shoes and now they are saying they wont refund my money until I send the shoes back. All a waste of money and time. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have placed 2 separate orders with this company 1 in October the other in the beginning of November. I have not received either shipment 2 weeks before Christmas, and these items were supposed to my daughter's presents, but thanks to this jacked up $#*! company now I am out both money and presents for my daughter. What a way to go you inconsiderate bastards! I have sent several emails over a course of this time and get lame excuses such as "our items are so popular it causes delays" "due to the pandemic its delayed". It looks as though it had been shipped out, and then your package goes ghost. When you contact UPS there is no information of any such package. DO NOT ORDEE FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE $#*!ED OUT OF ITEMS YOU ORDER AND ALSO YOUR MONEY!

Placed order for four items in August, just received one item in December. Not worth it. Each time I email them I get apologetic replies. Beware
